The halls of the building smelled as something had died in them, then you walk a lil further it weeped of marijuana smell…people hanging around the side doors of the building…ask front desk for another room she said she would charge me more plus I explain to her my husband disability and wanted to put us on the 2nd floor I told her that wasn’t acceptable in his condition…wasn’t happy overall

Check in was extremely difficult. Desk agent acted like checking us in was unpleasant for him, key sleeve was reused from another room just had the room number wrote over the old one. Building had disturbing odor. Building was visibly in disrepair, base boards missing and falling off, signage partially painted over. Desk clerk at checkout was apathetic and barely communicated.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is awesome. I would highly recommend Motel 6 FLL! What you cannot control are the guests so I cannot rate based on external factors like rude guests banging on a door for 15 minutes.

It took me a few days to gather what this review would look like. I chose this hotel based on past reviews, price and distance from the cruise terminal. Let’s just say don’t always believe those good reviews. We arrived at the property at around 2:20 (check in is 3) after arriving from our flight in. When we walked in the door the person behind the counter was helping another guest, the fire alarm panel was nonstop beeping in the background and several other people in the lobby. He asked us if we were checking in, I acknowledged and waited as was asked. He began getting frantic, telling the lady that also works there “I wish people would wait until 3 to come here like they are supposed to!”. Granted I would have gladly waited the 30 minutes as I just flew in and had nothing else to do. After checking in… We received our key, walked into our room and the room floor was wet, room smelled like old wet towels. Horrible! Room nothing like the photo at all. At this point I determined this wasn’t the place for us. The front desk refunded my money and I went to another more expensive place. 0 stars.

We overlooked the food not cleaned off floor, the heavy smell of pot but the desk clerk was not very helpful when we called because hubby forget his medication there. He didn’t take time to listen to what we were asking…told us to wait for 2 hours. We explained we are leaving on a cruise…he hadn’t even looked when we got there to pick up meds. Not helpful…lucky hubby just went back to get them (desk clerk still hadn’t checked). Luckily it hadn’t been thrown out by the cleaning staff. We got them but through our own ingenuity, not help from them.

La habitación olía horrible la cama llana de pelo de perro las almohadas esta van todas sucias pedí que me las cambiaran y nada más me ignoraron por estar jugando un juego en el teléfono tuve que salirme del hotel porque no pude dormirme con ese olor no me devolvieron mi dinero que eran 250 por las dos noches no volveré a a visitar este hotel no se los recomiendo

Check in experience with the manager was one of the worst experience. He was very rude and very unprofessional. Place appearance was dirty and the clients in that motel live there it look like a homeless shelter.

The motel was dirty, smelled very bad and had some guests that were questionable, perhaps on drugs. We left the place as soon as we saw our room. There was bugs on the floor, dirty sticky surfaces, chewing gum on the floor. The room and hall smelled terrible. We made some photos for evidence and would like a refund
