Perfect spot

My family had a great stay at this location. It's in a quiet area along the boardwalk, not far from restaurants, ice cream and shops. The beach chairs were great and apartment had everything we needed. Great stay and would recommend.

Great property just steps to the water. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay on the beach. Commumication was excellent. I would definitely recommend.

We loved the property and location. The host was extremely responsive. The AC gave out on the first evening, she had someone out right away within a very short time and the tech got the AC back up and running right away. Would definitely recommend and will be looking forward to renting again.

We had a great time. The apartment is fully equippted, 1 bedroom 1 bath, dining, and living room. 1 parking space assigned. 50 feet from the beach. Walking distamce to restaurants and entertainment. I definitiy recommend it.

Great location; a lot of bugs

The location and neighborhood was great and had everything we needed for our beach trips, however, there were bugs in every room. Even the microwave and oven had bugs in them. We left no food out but still had to buy spray and constantly kill them when we spent time at the property

Current construction leaves much to be desired

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The VRBO listing stated in 2 spots that there was a pool, but the pool area was gross and under construction. The laundry system requires you to buy a $5 card then put a minimum of $10 on that card to do even one load of laundry. There weren't enough towels for 4 people, and they ask you not to wash their linens. Other than that the unit had everything else we needed and it was a very short walk to the beach.
