Not as the pictures described. No full sized refrigerator or stove, bathroom was very small and not as described in the photos. Needs some updating, beautiful location, very cool location on the boardwalk, no vehicle required! Would have been perfect if the photos were the same as the room.

It was really disappointing, they didn’t do any room cleaning for 3days , we call them for housekeeping but still they didn’t send them to cleaning, even if we want to have breakfast we have to walk 2block , there bathroom is not clean shower is broken , there are more this to say but I thik this is enough never ever going to stay in there hotel again worst hotel and service

The room we booked at the Paradise wasn't available but they didn't notify us until we got to the check-in desk when they shuffled us to the Neptune 2 blocks down, ensuring us that they "guaranteed we'd like it better". It was gross. There were crumbs on the couch, crooked pictures on the wall, no bedside tables, no glasses or coffee mugs. Very sparse and unwelcoming. The picture of the room we booked look nice-enough, but the actual room we got was terrible.

Two hours before we arrived I tried calling and the phone rang for 20 minutes straight with no answer. We wanted to see if early check in was possible. We got there at 245PM. There was no visual signage on where to check in. We were in the building by the beach and it turned out that the check in was all the way back at the Main Street which was about 3 blocks away. Our uber had already left and there were no signs where to go besides an address, which is not the address given on emails or Expedia. We finally find the location, after walking for awhile with all of our luggage, passing 2 different people who work there and were not able to answer where to go. I go to check in and she helps the two people in front of me, and then answers the phone. I asked if we could check in early and she stated there are no rooms available until check in at 4. I asked her if they could watch our bags and she said yes. We had an hour to kill, and nothing to do around there so we Uber BACK to near the airport and ate at Coconuts(delish by the way!) and then went back to the hotel around 6 and finally was able to check in. We walk the three blocks back to the room and go inside. The door to the room doesn’t even have a lock on the outside. It is only locked by a chain from the inside. The bathroom was not very clean and there was hair on the towels. There were no mirrors in the room. It’s not very lit up over there so we weren’t very comfortable leaving the room. We will not be back.

Lack of communication and not Being friendly at the desk went to to check in location of office was not the hotel address but it was by the Main Street the staff was talking in the phone the whole time while checking me in and at check out was rude and eating not even welling to answer my questions and missed my breakfast as I tried to call to see where it is but they never answer.

False advertising
 the pictures and amenities advertised are not reality. We wanted a refund as soon as we checked in and were denied by Expedia because the hotel denied a refund. We saw and spoke with seven other couples that were tricked into staying at this awful hotel as well and not given a refund! The customer service there was just as horrendous as the hotel. Shame on the owners of this hotel for tricking people to stay here and not giving a refund. Shame on Expedia for allowing this to happen.

Right at the boardwalk near a lot of great restaurants. Close enough but not too close. Room is ok. To stretch out the sofa bed we had to do some serious math to make space and that made the whole room congested. You get few toiletries but no paper towel or tissues. They give a number to call to get kitchen supplies but why not leave some basics like a mug for coffee. Breakfast was ok. Lady who runs it does a good job of doing crowd control. The ac in our room was not working. We should’ve called them but again no front desk so either you have to call them or go over to the check in office. Beach itself is fantastic with the paved boardwalk and lot of little play areas, parks and restrooms and stores spread all over. Wouldn’t stay again at this exact hotel but would pick another one if I go back.

People upstairs banging and pounding on floor all night long. I contacted guest services and was told they could not find security. No one helped. It was worst experience ever. Kids were alone in room and were jumping onto floor repeatedly.

If you have any issue with your reservation and booked through here. Expect to wait about an hour and a half before anyone helps you or come back at a later time. We booked this hotel since it was so close to the beach and ended up spending maybe 15 min at the beach since it rained after spending forever in line for the to get everyone checked in since we had an issue with our reservation. Hotels.com couldnt help us which it seemed like the front desk did not understand even after 4x they had called. A mess. To say the least I have never messed up on a date of our reservation so this was a first and last messing that one up. The room was comfortable we slept watched tv and walked down for some Latin food which was great. Coming from the Midwest, the beach is our favorite getaway.
