It wasn't what I was expecting their customer service was not up to part they checked me out earlier I have problems with the next people that was staying next to us and they didn't do anything about it. I have stood in many places but this was far from that experience I have ever had

Close to the beach and restaurants, grocery stores. Close to the airport.

Not cleaning the room once and the towel were not change for all our stay. The key cards were not working too often.

Tatsiana.i am sorry your experience was not the best. I hope you had contacted me and we could have done something. It is clearly stated on our listing that the rate does not include housekeeping. We offer change of towels and cleaning but you have to call and request as it does have a cost. We do it this way so you can enjoy a more affordable rate and if needed you get service.

Overall the property is good. The only thing we didn’t like was the sound insulation/proofing. We can hear babies crying and neighbors talking and stomping from the bedroom, especially at night.

Posted Dec. 29, 2019 on HotelsUn grand et beau appartement, idéal pour une famille avec un enfant de bas âge. Vraiment luxueux, au 17ème étage avec tout ce qu'il faut comme aménagement. Je recommande !!!
