The patio is a collection of vibrant spaces that allow guests to experience Miami like local residents. Cool off in the private pool. We have sun loungers to give you the full tropical experience. The outdoor space is also equipped with a gas grill to relax and have fun under the string lights.

Groups and families will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the 4 modern bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All four bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bedding to give guests the most comfortable stay possible. There is also Smart TV in 2 out of 4 rooms for your entertainment.

Bedroom 1 features a King sized bed, Smart TV and have a private en-suite bathroom. This room also features a Walk in Closet with a Sofa.

Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed with smart TV and has a direct access to the pool area.

Bedrooms 3 is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and have an access door to the backyard.

Bedrooms 4 is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and has a door to access the laundry room

There is a bunk bed too including one queen bed and 2 fulls for additional sleeping arrangements.

If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group.

No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious property has 2 full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

Bathroom 1 is located off the first bedroom and features vanities and decent size walk-in shower.

Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area. This bathroom is outfitted with a vanity and decent size walk-in shower.

The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This spacious area features new appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking basics you’ll need to make delicious meals and tasty cocktails. You can enjoy your grub at the large dining table (seating for six), or head to the outdoor dining area to soak up the sun and the breathtaking views as you eat.

The well decorated living room area is decked out with a modern shaped sofa, a 55” Smart TV and many of board games. This is the perfect place to hang out as a large group, whether you’re enjoying a family movie night or a fun game tournament from our large collection of board games. Possible wear and tear might seen in the property. Please provide us a chance to fix problems before thinking about cancelling the reservation.

This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $250.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ.

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.

PETS:
Pet fee is $250 and We do accept pets with prior approval. Please note if you’re interested in bringing your pet in the initial message.

If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places to let Fido join you.

You MUST receive prior approval for pets, otherwise you will be charged a $300 penalty.

We accept a maximum of two dogs at our short-term rental. If away from the home, we ask that your pet be crated. The area is quite dog friendly; therefore, there are many places to bring Fido.

If there are any cleanliness issues or damages from dogs, service animals, or emotional support animals, we impose an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Washer + Dryer
You will find a Washer and Dryer in the unit. We do provide detergent and dryer sheets for you to use!

Trash Pickup: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door.

You will have access to the entire home, backyard, and pool. If traveling with kids, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence- yet there is not an enclosure around the pool. When traveling with children and/or using the pool, you assume all risk and liability.

Parking is available in front of the house.

SELF-CHECK-IN
We provide self-check-in for our guests. You will receive check-in information prior to arrival.

Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

+ DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance cameras are located at the front of the home which records to make sure the house is protected and we also have only one Ring camera at the entrance of the house. Footage remains private and may be used for safety/protection purposes and liability reasons while monitoring occupancy and other policies. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space allows you to breathe in the fresh Floridian air. Sip your morning coffee while relaxing outside on the patio or beside the pool. Enjoy the pool as you star gaze or soak up the warm sun.

CHILD FRIENDLY
To make traveling more manageable for you, we recommend checking out for all of your infant needs!!

HOUSE RULES

We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do in your own home.

Check-in is at 5:00 PM or later.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Please remove shoes before coming into the home.

The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the townhome. +A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.

Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM.

Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.

Lock the door each time you leave home.

If you use the washer/Dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.

Parties and large gatherings are PROHIBITED.

Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure. You will find detergent pods under the sink.

Please place all USED towels in the bathtub(s) or shower before departure.

Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets prior to check-out.

This is a family-oriented and child-friendly home. However, children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their equipment and needs.
