Great stay for a quick getaway!

Check in was very simple and easy with a keypad to enter. The most important things were very clean - bed, shower, toilet, sink, kitchen surfaces/fridge!Great location as it was a quick Uber ride downtown and/or to the beach!

We were 3 adults staying in a unit advertised to include a queen bed and a double pullout sofa bed. When we arrived we found only a fitted sheet on the sofa bed. We looked through all of the closets and cupboards for a flat sheet and a blanket; we did find a sheet but no blanket. We messaged to ask for one. That led to at least a dozen messages and phone calls between us. We were told a couple of times to search in the closets. Eventually we just gave up trying to get a reasonable response and used a couple of towels on the sofa bed for a little extra warmth.When we prepared to check out the following day I was digging through the information about the rental to find out what we were required to do. I found a note in the description stating that the sofa bed in this unit shouldn’t be used because it’s not in good shape!! Why would you rent a unit to 3 adults and then only provide bed and bedding for 2??FYI - there were no lights or end tables in the living room.The unit was clean and the kitchen had the basics. The queen bed was comfortable. It would have been a decent rental for 2 people. However, overall it was not a good experience.

It gave off Motel 6 vibes - I am being generous and gave 3 stars bc it was clean inside and thankfully no bed bugs - after having to call a few times to get extra towels and blankets they did deliver but only after I thought I was not getting anything only frustration. I didn’t give it 5 stars bc when we showed up there were no extra towels and I mean, they knew there were 4 of us but there was only 2 usable towels and nothing else No face towels and only 1 hand towel. Also, There were no extra blankets. Their pullout couch desperately needs a new mattress and they need to snake drain their bathtub. Aside from that we survived our 2 night stay.
