Great Resort & Condo - 3 bedrooms with 2 King Beds, Twin bunk & 2 Queen sleepers

Excellent 3 bedroom / 2 bath unit at Santa Maria Resort! One of the largest and best pool and hot tub areas on the island! Walk or trolley to everything - the beach is across the street.

Unit is set up with a KING in the Master bedroom (with master bath) and a KING in bedroom 2 with the second bath right next to it. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and a queen pullout. Note: 3rd bedroom is very tight when the queen pullout is used - but functional and great for kids.

Queen Sleeper Sofa and Love seat in Living area are new (2025) and unit has a very nice Lanai with chairs and table. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, glass top stove, microwave and Washer/Dryer in small room just off kitchen area. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys / accessories are included and the cleaning service provides fresh towels and linens for your stay, as well as initial paper products.

In addition to the fantastic pool and hot tub area - the resort has all new decks, docks and seawall and a manatee viewing area, a large Tiki Hut with 75" TV and Weber grilling areas. A commercial ice machine is on the ground level. Parking is included with your stay - but you really won't need it once you get here! A 75 cent trolley will take you anywhere on the island including many restaurants and bars including Margaritaville, The Beached Whale, Wahoo Willies, Junkanoo, Yucatan, Lighthouse Tiki Bar, Snug Harbor & Matanzas on the Bay to name a few! The Beach Bar has live music almost every day 1pm-5pm. Walk next door to many shops and eateries. CVS & 7-11 are two blocks away as well. Local gulf shrimp can be purchased at Erickson and Jensen's. White Sand Beaches. Great sunsets. And the fishing is great!

Could not see beach. Sliding door very difficult to open. Hideabed mattress needs replaced. Second bedroom mattress extremely hard. Some kind of bugs in living room couch ended up with bites all over us.Other than that you were great to work with and would love to stay again if some upgrades are made and bug situation is taken care of.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and everything we needed was provided. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy. No complaints at all—would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place...lacked needed supplies

Condo was nice and clean. Great pool and a walk across the main road to the beach. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Cons:No extra rolls of toilet paper provided beside the ones hanging in bathrooms when we got there. No trash bags AT ALL provided. No laundry detergent AT ALL for washing machine provided. Only the one paper towel roll that was counter provided, no extra. Also no twin beds

Comfortable and Cute

A group of 4 women came to stay for a couple of days. The property was clean and well represented online. The pool and hot tub area were great. We walked across the street to the beach which was pretty close. All-in-all it was a great getaway.

Quiet stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and peaceful. Pool was perfect warm and only a couple people here and there. Condo was well equipped and convenient. The walk to the beach wasn’t that far and the beach was beautiful and not too busy.

Outdated condo

The condo was not as clean as we hoped. Cleaners seemed to do bare minimum. Very outdated. Could use updates for sure. Lots of hurricane damage still in this area. Kids loved the pool and nice that beach was right across the road. The owner was available anytime I contacted him.

Awesome stay

Great location. Great condo - clean and close to everything. It comfortably fits 7 people- 4 adults and 3 kids. Has everything you need including beach chairs and sand toys. Heated pool is amazing! The property is across the street from the beach. The stores and restaurants on the nearby plaza are under construction, but some restaurants are open on the time square- the other side of the beach. CVS is a short walk from the condo and is open already. We had a great time and would love to come back again.

Really close to the beach

We really enjoyed the unit. Very easily walkable to beach. One section of the nearby beach was full of seashells! My kids had a great time searching for shells. Unit is a nice layout and parking was very easy. Elevator also was a nice feature.

A place to get away

The condo was very clean and had beautiful views of the marina to see the manatees and even dolphins. The pool was top notch and the staff and condo owners were nothing but nice! Short walk to the beach where everything we needed was already in our condo!

Fun Despite Hurricane Damage Nearby

The property was great - pool was lovely and walking distance to the beach was fantastic. Property was nicely stocked with beach items, too. Lots of hurricane damage nearby but the beach was perfect and we found nearby places to eat and shop for souvenirs. Thanks!

Great location. Nice, clean 3 bedroom condo.

The property was really nice. My only warning to all is that Fort Myers Beach is still quite devastated from Hurricane Ian. We were shocked. Very, very few businesses of any kind are open on the island, very few people are around. The nearby beach, however is open and we found dozens and dozens of large WHOLE sand dollars and starfish. Beaches and skies were beautiful, great property.

Awesome place

This place was in walking distance of several restaurants and the beach. It was quite and clean neighborhood. Check in was the easiest I have ever had. Had a small problem with the AC for about 4 hours but the host was very helpful and got us working again. Host contacted back every time I contacted him very quickly. The kids loved all the boats and was able to see fish from the dock. There was a grill down stairs that we used and was very clean. The pool and hot tub was so refreshing. Tons of towels. Just recommend some beach towels but lots of beach equipment we could use. Full equipped kitchen. Each room had there own TV.

A Week of Relaxation

We enjoyed staying at Santa Maria. We were in walking distance t to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The pool was excellent and relaxing. We met and made new friends at the pool. A great time had by all.

Pros vs Cons

The Pro side of the property is the location and pool area is very nice. The Con side is the property has No color and is very dated, the entry door was a concern to our family regarding the security of the unit and the belongings we left while out exploring, the furnace room bifold door was off when arrived so we put something in front of it so the young ones wouldn't bother that area. At some point prior to our arrival something of glass got broke because 4 out of 6 people got glass shards in their foot, we did actually vacuum after first time but I think it was just coming from the carpet. Personally I would stay in the location again just not this unit until I saw improvements.
