Room was very clean and updated. Pool and hot tub were also very clean and usable. Location was great for walking to the restaurants and the beach. The only negative for us was that the mattresses were very firm which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

We had another great stay at Matanzas Inn! The “cottage” is across the street and up a stairwell into a great studio apartment with a king bed that had a full size fridge, cooktop with 4 burners, microwave, cookware and a dishwasher. Very comfortable accommodation! The real bonus is being able to walk around and enjoy all the restaurants & bars with live music everywhere. Penny is a great lady and we look forward to our next stay here!

got the 2 bdr unit next to office. rooms were great, check inn easy, pool and hot tub made it very enjoyable. my only complaint was i only booked for 1 night. will be my stop when return
