The master bedroom oasis has a king size bed, full bathroom, private balcony, and a streaming TV. The second bedroom boasts a beachy feel with two twin beds and a streaming TV. The living room has a pull out queen sofa and a new 60 inch 4k TV. The fully loaded kitchen contains all your cooking needs. Enjoy beach views from your front balcony.This beautiful Fort Myers Beach vacation rental is conveniently located mid island and has a gulf view of Fort Myers Beach. The condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for your relaxation and privacy. You’ll be comfortable in the master bedroom (King bed, walk-in shower) or guest bedroom with 2 twins and tub/shower in bath. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. A serene back lanai with seating and a lush tropical palm view awaits you outside the master bedroom.

The large front balcony is the perfect location to view the picturesque Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

This condo is located mid-island in the quieter residential area, away from high-rise buildings. It offers the opportunity to walk in either direction on the 7-mile long beach right out front. When you choose to relax on the beach, we provide beach chairs and towels for your use. Every 30-45 minutes during the day a trolley stops outside of the condo and can take you around the island. No need to get in a car the Publix grocery store is conveniently located only 2 driveways away. Behind the condo on the back bay, you will find Snook Bight marina for fishing charters. You can also enjoy Junkanoo bar and grill and Fresh Catch for fine waterfront dining.

Three TVs, and shared pool. Outdoor features: balcony, lanai. Kitchen: full kitchen, cooking utensils provided, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker. Free WiFi. The elevators are NOT working at this time. They are scheduled to be in June 2025. You will need to walk up a flight of steps to get into the unit. Please keep in mind Fort Myers Beach was hit with category 5 hurricane Ian on September 28,2022. The entire island is re-building and has some construction noise. You can reach out to me for updates.

Perfect Location

This property was perfect for us and our grandkids. Easy walk right across the street to the beach, which was not very crowded especially compared to other parts of the beach. The condo was spacious and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location

The location, and accommodations were perfect. The condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The host was quick to respond, and left guests lacking nothing for their stay. The convenience of the beach and Publix was really nice. We asked for dinner recommendations and they provided an excellent location, with great food and a comfortable atmosphere. The condo was super quiet, and tastefully decorated. We would love to return for another trip!

Very relaxing time. Nice to walk across the street to a beautiful beach. Convenient to have the grocery store in the back yard. Condo was perfect for the four of us...not to big and not to small. Had all the amenities that we needed for a short stay both at the beach and as a guest.

We had such a great time at this conveniently located property. The owners were extremely helpful with initial snafu. We really enjoyed having a huge washer and dryer, tons of beach supplies, a strong AC, and direct access.

Long planned and awaited Girls Trip

We loved our stay at White Caps on Fort Myers Beach! It was a perfect location for what we wanted, the beach and sun. Having Publix basically right next door was a plus and we enjoyed the restaurants that were recommended in the neighborhood . The condo has so many nice amenities that when traveling by air matter. We loved the things that Tawnia thought to include like beach chairs and towels, a cooler and a wagon to carry it all to the beach. We also loved that there is a washer and dryer and provided laundry soap so that we could launder things that needed it. We enjoyed the informational things she has there so that we could become informed about things to see and do. All 4 of us have traveled quite extensively, and all 4 of us agree that this is a great VRBO in a great location.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time at White Cap Condo. The unit was great! Well stocked, comfortable beds and clean. Beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony. Neighbors were very friendly. The location can’t be beat. Within walking distance of Publix, Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro, as well as a marina. The beach is right across the street, so it was easy to run back to the condo if needed. Tawnia was easy to work with and communication was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice getaway!

Tawnia’s place was perfect for our stay . It was a great location. Mid island - away from the downtown traffic and busyness. We were excited to find a Publix grocery with in the block! Very convenient! The condo was just across the road from beach . And so far …a beautiful Gulf view from the balcony (great to sit and have your morning coffee! Nisely supplied unit. Really appreciated the beach, chairs and wagon along with coolers for our day at the beach.!

Great location and all the necessities!

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved being able to walk to the beach & grocery store. Lots of great amenities in the condo for cooking, doing laundry, etc. loved the beach toys & accessories. Sad to see FMB still under so much construction. A lot has changed in the 3 years we haven’t been here to stay. Only bummer about this site was no working pool and constant construction outside. Totally understandable but not great.

The perfect condo for our small family vacation.

We were so excited to stay close to Fort Myers Beach for vacation with some family members visiting us from Ohio. It was super cozy and comfortable; we had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as some pantry items and toiletries to start us off, which was much appreciated. You can't beat the location which is right across the road from the beach access and also a bus stop for public transport up and down the beach. Having Publix next door was even better, as we didn't have to travel far for anything. We had fantastic views from the front deck and back lenai. My toddler enjoyed watching the egrets, ducks, and herons in the pond. She also enjoyed the pool toys provided in the closet, particularly the blue ball and bat! While we didn't get to enjoy the ocean due to algea and debris from Tropical Storm/Hurricane Debbie, we were still able to enjoy the pool, walks on the beach, and the gorgeous sunset views on the front deck. Tawnia was easy to contact when we needed her and was a great host. Our entire stay, our whole family kept remarking how great of a place it is, and we can't wait to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your own slice of paradise with us!

Great place for family

Spring break trip for family of 4. 2 boys 14 and 11. The condo is further down the island and away for the busier area. Every time we went to the beach, there was plenty of space to throw a ball or play frisbee. Beach is right across the street-maybe a 2 minute walk. Grocery store right next door. Also restaurant behind the grocery store does to-go orders or you can sit and enjoy. Condo is great!! 2 bedrooms( 3 beds) and 2 baths. Main bedroom also has a balcony off the back. You can sit out front as well and enjoy the waves, talk with the neighbors, or people watch if you so choose. Beach towels, sand toys. Beach chairs, cooler- all provided! Owners were very helpful-offered up suggestions on things to do and places to eat. 100% we will be staying here again! There is nothing like an ocean sunset! And watching the sunset over Sanibel is just gorgeous! We just left and we already miss it!!
