While our rental homes may look a little different and yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all of our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. Grande Palermo is a high-end, luxury Pier area vacation home designed to fit the needs of all vacationers. Prepare to be in for a great treat both with the location of this home and the beautiful interior. with so many amenities! From the ground level entry to the private pool. Vaulted ceilings accentuate the spacious living areas, and floor-to-ceiling doors and large patios complete the ambience. You can enjoy the panoramic views of Matanzas Pass out of every window of this multi level home.

The first level includes direct access to the pool. Take the gorgeous travertine tile stair case to the second level and be amazed at the openness of the main level, furnished with contemporary style. The striking fully-stocked and equipped kitchen with expansive granite counter tops provide a vast cooking and dining area with ample seating, guest can sit at the bar and keep the chef company! Also in this open area are sliding glass doors leading to screened deck overlooking the pool area. A circular stairway leads from here down to the pool if you choose. Located off the living area is another King bedroom with adjacent guest bathroom.

The 3rd level is where you will catch most of the views while enjoying this one of a kind vacation home. There are 2 King Masters on this floor with en-suite bathrooms. Neighboring rooms include a King bedroom with access to screened deck and additional Twin bedroom that also has twin over twin bunk and a 2 single bed. For those health conscious individuals, tile flooring throughout the entire home is one more bonus this home has to offer.

Take a short stroll to the beach access and all of the shops, restaurants and entertainment of the Pier area. We guarantee, you will not want to leave this amazing vacation home.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
