The open floor plan at Sandarac 710B is spacious, and the minute you walk through the front door, you are greeted with lots of sunlight streaming through the glass doors. The entire condo has been professionally designed and decorated and features gorgeous, newly remodeled Kitchen and Baths. Even the comfy sofas in the living room are there to make your stay enjoyable. The living/dining area makes it easy for everyone to hang out together after spending the day on the beach. Everyone can relax comfortably watching their favorite shows on the large Flat Screen TV. There's a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate two overnight guests.

The Kitchen makes it easy to stay and cook and save money by eating in. Newly remodeled with gorgeous cabinets, granite countertops and all new high-end appliances - including an induction cooktop - this fully equipped Kitchen makes it all a pleasure. Dinnerware, cookware, and tableware are all provided. Everyone can be seated at the large glass topped dining table while enjoying that spectacular Gulf front view.

Both bedrooms are lovely! Down the hall, there's the Master Bedroom featuring a comfortable King Sized Bed, its own TV, a beautiful beach view from the window and a full Master Bath. The newly remodeled Master Bath En Suite is right across from the Master Bedroom's Walk In Closet. The Guest Bedroom features two Twin Sized Beds, its own TV and its own Walk In Closet. The Guest Bath, also newly remodeled, is right next door and offers a fabulous tiled Walk In Shower.

There's even a laundry room with a full sized Washer and Dryer (no need to go home with dirty clothes!). This lovely vacation home has been stocked with loads of beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and even sand toys! For your convenience, there's FREE Wifi in the condo (yes, you can work remotely), building elevators, and ample on-site parking.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just down the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
