Sea La Vie is a well-appointed, breathtaking beachfront condo located mid-island on beautiful Fort Myers Beach. This 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fourth floor unit has been remodeled in February 2025 and is the perfect place for your family’s next vacation. The master bedroom features a king size bed with built in closet, nightstands, and 55" - 4K Smart HDTV. The second bedroom has queen size bed, built in closet, nightstands, and 65" - 4K Smart HDTV. The gourmet kitchen has gorgeous granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, stove/oven, air fryer, instant pot, Keurig duo (pod and carafe) coffeemaker, and microwave. The living room is tastefully decorated with a full-size leather sofa sleeper, 2 leather recliners, 70" - 4K Smart HDTV, coffee and end tables, lamps, fireplace insert for those chilly winter nights. Dining room table sits 4. The lanai accommodates a comfortable patio set overlooking dramatic views of the Gulf of America. Sea La Vie is a smoke free zone. Sorry, no pets allowed. Must be at least 23 years old to book this unit. One vehicle per unit is allowed. Sorry, no trailers, boats, RV, or motor homes are allowed on the property.
Condo amenities include heated pool, gas grill, on-site laundry facilities, and beach chairs.
Sea La Vie is located directly across from Publix Supermarket making it very convenient to get your groceries. In the same plaza as Publix you will find Snook Bight Marina and Junkanoo. Sea La Vie is situated 2.4 miles (10 minutes by car) from Times Square where you can find live entertainment, shops, restaurants, bars, and much more. Fort Myers Beach offers many outdoor activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, bike rentals, golf course, charter fishing, boat rentals, and miniature golf.

Places to explore:
Fort Myers Beach is nature lover’s paradise. With over 400 varieties of seashells, you can spend hours strolling up and down the beach hunting for the perfect souvenir. If you really want to feel one with nature Lovers Key State Park made the 10 Most Romantic Places in Florida according to Coastal Living and Travelers Magazine and it is short 3.8 mile drive from Sea La Vie. If seclusion is your thing, then Sanibel and Captiva Islands are short drive away (14.2 miles). If you like gators and birds, the The Bird Rookery Swamp is a great place to visit and only 33.3 miles away. Nature is not for everyone and if you prefer to get a little history during your vacation I recommend checking out the Edison Ford Museum in Fort Myers situated 16.5 miles from Sea La Vie. For those who enjoy beer tasting, then make a pit stop at the Fort Myers Brewing Company, voted 2016 Best Large Brewery in Florida. Last but not least, if you enjoy college sports, don’t forget to check out home games at Florida Gulf Coast University only 20.2 miles away.

Beautiful, clean property for me and my husband. Just as described on website. Was so nice to have beach chairs available for our time on the beach. Highly recommend checking out The Whale during your stay. Third level had live music and beach views. The balcony at the condo is where we spent most of our time when not on beach! Thanks for the comfy chairs!

We had a group of 4 adult women(2 moms and 2 daughters). The condo was perfect for our 4 night stay. Directions to the property were accurate, parking was easy and convenient. Our unit was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The beach view was vast and beautiful. The loungers in the shaded grassy area were a bonus. The owner provided 4 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels. Communication was fast and helpful. We especially liked the mid island location- away from the hustle and bustle. The Publix across the street was so convenient and Junkanoo restaurant on the marina behind Publix was great. As we arrived around midnight, the girls went to 7 eleven down the road where they graciously baked the really good pizzas for us. Overall, it was a wonderful visit in a great location, lovely, comfortable condo with amazing beach access and views.

The condo was beautiful and our 2 week stay was great. It would have been nice to have more hangars in the closets and the supply of soaps and paper products were definitely minimal for a two week stay. We ended up having to purchase more of everything. Loved that it had an air fryer but could have used some baking dishes like even a pizza pan. We just made frozen pizza one day and didn’t have anything to put it on when we took it out of the oven. We only had to contact Luanda once during our stay and she was very responsive. All in all our stay was wonderful and we would most definitely stay there again.

Ocean view was amazing, condo was beautiful and clean- which is a very big deal to me. Easy lock system but felt safe. Pool clean and plenty of chairs. Condo had nice beach towels and chairs which was great. Bathrooms a little small but fine for the week. No w/d in the unit was kind of a bummer but the laundry room at the complex was SUPER clean so it all was fine. Traffic is something you have to plan around in the evening if going out to dinner. Overall beautiful place and beautiful weather- we would come back here again!

Everything about this property was fantastic!! The communication was on point and I got all of my questions answered very quickly. The unit was very clean and was stocked with everything you can imagine! The decor was beautiful and the amenities were more than we could have asked for. Having a Publix across the street was so convenient for anything we needed. The things we loved the most were the access to the patio from the master suite and the grass area with the loungers under the palm trees. We can’t wait to come back!!

Absolutely perfect! We loved the location as we were looking for something quiet and relaxed. Publix is right across the street so easy access to food and drink. The entire facility was immaculate as was this unit. The unit was spotless and well appointed. Plenty of bowls, cups, storage, toaste, coffee pot both drip and and pod. Theyve thought of everything including multiple beach towels and beach totes. The bath towels were super fluffy and plentiful. Lors of pillows and very comfortable beds. I loved the outdoor furniture, cozy cgairs and a coach plus the balcony was screened so no bugs. View was fantastic. Truly could not rate this high enough.oh great pool, well kept, lounge chairs plentiful at the pool and near the beach and they are cleaned every day. Fantastic communication with host.

Everything about this place was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was very clean and decorated so elegantly. The place wasn’t a huge place but they used every ounce of space to provide the things we needed. I really appreciated having beach accessories that we could use during our stay. Luanda was very responsive with all the questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

all while giving us a magnificent view of Fort Myers Beach.Beach access was as good as it gets. You’re just steps away from the Gulf and the pool is nice as well. We will definitely come back. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Updated, clean, great location, and pretty much everything you needed was there. The bldg as well was well kept as was the pool and grill area. Beach was right there too!!! As one that is not a fan of pets, appreciated the fact that the unit was pet-free as well as the building. And the host was amazing, very responsive. We had shared a minor things with her just as an FYI and she sent someone within a few hours to immediately resolve!!! We would definitely recommend this spot and would definitely return!!!

Sea La Via was the perfect place for our short family weekend away. Our host (Luanda) was very attentive to ensuring we had the right information and details on the area and described the condo unit thoroughly. The unit is in a great location on Fort Myers Beach with easy access from the parking lot to the fourth-floor unit. The views from the unit were beautiful, and it was an easy, short walk to an uncrowded beach. There were plenty of restaurants close by, along with a Publix grocery store across the road, which was walkable. You could tell the host invested (time & funds) in the condominium, as the unit, including the balcony, was styled in attractive furniture and high-end furnishing.We typically stay at four or five rentals per year, and this was a great place and choice.
