The property itself is very nice. The unit and furnishings were new. The pool and common areas are a plus.
The cleanliness of the unit was ok in main areas, but attention to detail was lacking. The floor was not clean and under the beds there were not just dust-bunnies, but actual garbage. The MOST significant issue- the reason for the low rating, and why we would not stay at Landing again-is because they allowed maintenance to enter our unit without any notice, while we were away for the day. We were not notified they needed access, the maintence worker(s) left NO notice of entry, and most alarmingly, they did NOT close the door and our unit (with our personal belongings) had not just an unlocked door, but a WIDE OPEN door while we were gone: UNACCEPTABLE!
