Luxury condo located in the beautiful and gated, golf community of Kelly Greens. This totally renovated 2nd floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with high end furnishings through out. Close to warm sandy beaches (Bouche Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island), Shopping, Restaurants, Theaters, Hospitals, Casinos and so much more.

This designer decorated condo features over 1,500 square feet of living space in an open floor plan design with vaulted ceilings and full walls of glass in both front and rear that open to let the fresh air in. 6 ceiling fans are located through out the property for your comfort. The Master has a King Bed with down pillows, 2 walk-in closets, a private master bath and a 42” HDTV. The large second Bedroom has a Queen bed with down pillows and is just steps off the Main Bathroom.

The updated kitchen is fully stocked for the well appointed chef with stainless appliances including in door water/ice dispenser on the refrigerator. 4 comfortable seats await you at the breakfast bar, plus 4 more at the dining table. The laundry room is equipped with a newer washer and dryer. Linens, towels and all bedding are provided. Home has 65” HDTV in the main living area with High Speed internet through out the space. One parking stall is included.

Enjoy the beautiful sunrises, spectacular view of the pond on fairway #2 out your rear sliding glass doors and the sunsets from your front windows. This gated community offers a variety of amenities including championship golf, tennis, a full service restaurant, multiple pools, and so much more. Optional Golfing, Fitness and Dining amenities may be available for a $600 fee to be paid directly to Kelly Greens HOA and a per round green's fee (varies during time of year). Inquire at time of booking. Use of condo pool does not require a fee. NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed inside the property.

Lovely home

This property is lovely! The condo has been updated (kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, etc.) and has stylish and livable furniture and decor. The lanais have been incorporated into the living area, proving even more space to enjoy. The kitchen has all the tools you need to cook and bake plus it has room to store your food. Tom and Lori were a pleasure to work with. They were responsive to inquiries both prior to and during our stay. If only all hosts were so considerate!
