The view will draw you in to this lovely 2 bedroom condo situated directly on the beach! This spacious two bedroom, two bath condo has been updated and furnished with everything you could desire. Enjoy the sound of the waves as you enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner from your private balcony. The primary suite with queen bed overlooks the ocean as well. You'll also appreciate the fully renovated hall bathroom with walkin shower just steps from the other bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and open access to the dining area . A generous sectional is positioned to watch the waves roll in as you relax or enjoy your favorite movie on tv. Furnishings have just been updated and reflect that 'Florida feeling" you are coming here for! Our unit is on the second floor so no need to wait for an elevator as stairwell is just down the walkway. Get your daily dose of sunshine at the pool or the beach, or both! Lounge chairs surround the large pool that is great for laps or just taking a dip, and the walkway to/from the beach has a hose so you can wash off the sand. The community room has a lending library as well as a small fitness room. Unfortunately, pets of any size are not allowed for tenants.
