Checkout this lovely 2nd floor Villa overlooks the Golf Course. This one bedroom one bath unit has been fully updated. Tile flooring throughout. The living room is equipped with comfortable furnishings, with a large Flat Screen Television and a sofa sleeper. Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The Bedroom offers a king sized bed with updated furnishings and is also equipped with a Flat Screen Television for your enjoyment. Fully updated bathroom with walk-in shower with an extra vanity. Wi-Fi, Basic Cable, Washer/Dryer, Beach Chairs and Towels are all included.

Many amenities to choose from, subject to availability; nine hole golf course, swimming pools, bocce ball. Tiki Bar, tennis, work out facility & shuffleboard . The community has a 24 hr. manned security gate. Come enjoy a slice of Florida Paradise!

Beautiful, clean and updated unit

The unit itself was beautifully updated and very clean. Furniture was great and mattress very comfortable. The property is gated and very nice. Our only issue was that the main pool on the property was closed for renovation and we were not informed beforehand.

Ocean Villa

This is our 2nd year staying here and love it. We were in the Golf Villas this time. Very clean condo and had everything provided that we need.
