The staff was outstanding and always provided a pleasant experience when I interacted with them. The customer service provided at the restaurant/bar was top notch. Unfortunately during my week long stay, a couple of distractors soured my experience: A roach was found in the main living area of my room. To the hotel's credit, I was promptly switched to another room and worked to rectify the situation. Lastly, for a period of two days, the hotel had issues with the fire alarm and that negatively impacted my ability to sleep and get proper rest.

Fire alarm went off 6 times between midnight and 7 am had to evacuate and the fire department never even showed up. Power surged multiple times

The bed was comfy and it had several amenities. I’m sure this was just a system issue, but the fire alarm went off four different times. I would stay again because of the location.

Loved the style of this older hotel downtown. It has an onsite restaurant in the atrium which was spacious as well as a full bar. The focal point of the atrium was the cascading water feature on the outside of the scenic elevators. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The king room featured a brand new walk in shower which was nice. Would stay there again if attending an event downtown. Price was reasonable. Had to wait about 15 minutes for the receptionist to show up when i first checked in around 4:00 p.m.

When I stepped into the elevator is was dirty. Glass was not clean, finger prints everywhere and just not what I expect from a Wyndham hotel. My room smelled musty and when I pulled the curtain back there had been an obvious water leak with Black mold. I told the front desk and asked for a different room. I was immediately given a new room. When I arrived in my new room it looked like my 10 year old son made the bed. The hotel is older but it doesn’t mean you can’t wipe the scoff marks off the door or hallway walls. Take some pride in your establishment.

Large room, comfortable bed, in cute downtown

this is a pretty nice hotel for the price. It's conveniently located to cute downtown shops and eateries, and is right next door to the convention center. We had a king size bed with a coach and the room was huge. They have converted the vanity area into a coffee bar and put a small sink in to the enclosed bathroom with the toilet and sink, making it super squished. this worked for just me and my husband, but wouldn't have worked well had we had our kids with us. Bed was super comfortable and parking is free, so we would definitely stay here again. Also, other reviews mentioned the noise from the open area and there is definitely noise on the weekends - if you are sensitive to that, bring something to cancel the noise out.
