At breakfast, fruit and sausages ran out before mealtime ended. We didn't realize there were two stories with no elevator, so we ended up lugging heavy bags up the stairs. Thin walls, so noise carries. Hot water machine broke prior to breakfast, so I had to go back to my room to heat water for tea. Pleasant staff.

My child was playing with my phone and booked this stay without me knowing. We don’t even live in the hotel area, weren’t anywhere near it & they did not refund me. I paid the cost of a night for nothing. Completely ridiculous.
