One Queen bed in the primary bedroom and one King bed in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 43" TV in the living room and 32" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The primary bathroom and guest bathroom have walk-in showers. No pets allowed as per owner. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
