It has a new King sie bed in the master bedroom that faces the beach. There is a TV and DVD player in the room. The large Guest bedroom has 2 new extra long Double beds and a TV. The living room has a Queen size sofa sleeper and a lounge chair for your comfort. There is a flat screen LED TV with DVD player and wireless Internet access. The large kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. A walk-in shower in the master bath and tub in the second. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. The balcony is 30 feet of comfortable seating to view the Gulf of Mexico in style. Lean back and relax. Watch the early morning Dolphin Shows or the magnificent sunsets.

The property is as advertised. Great view of the gulf. Access to the elevators and the beach was easy and fast. We had an issue with the dishwasher but the management company was very quick to respond. We would stay here again.

Family vacation

Adult family vacation. This condo had everything you could possibly need. Well stocked, the garbage disposal leaked, they sent someone up immediately to fix it. We will definitely stay here again. The complimentary beach chairs were so nice. The balcony was huge, multiple people can be on it and not feel crowded . I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Good experience.

This was the first time in Ft. Walton and it was a great choice to stay. Checking in was quick and easy, room was clean and ready when we got there, updates have been done that adds character! Family friendly and quiet place to vacation.

Amazing Property!

Loved this condo! Bar area was awesome, kitchen, and bedrooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The balcony was huge and had a gorgeous view!!

Beautiful views, spacious and comfortable.

The condo was clean and the furniture and beds were comfortable. There was a slight musty smell when you entered, but we had plenty of Lysol spray. The kitchen cabinet doors seemed alittle dirty but there were plenty of kitchen utensils so that was a plus. Really, all the furnishings could use an update, but it had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The unit was very spacious and the balcony furniture and views were amazing! Stopping at the Realty Office before we could check in was alittle inconvenient, we prefer getting a door code and going directly to the condo after our long drive. We would definitely stay at Surfdweller again.

Lots to Love. A Few Things to Fix

First the good: The location is perfect. The beach service is well-executed. The condo is quite spacious. The balcony is large and has, in addition to standard seating, a dining table and chairs. Finally, with the exception of the kitchen, the condo is not as dated as the photographs make it look. However . . . that kitchen is really dated. And the off-site check-in is a pain. And we killed a bug or two. And the smart TVs apparently have to be paired with a smartphone to work, as the provided remote controls were totally useless. And the price is a bit higher than other, better, already-booked places. That said, we'd stay here again in certain circumstances and had, on the whole, a wonderful time.

White Sand Beaches Getaway

This property has an outstandingly spacious layout. The views from the sliding glass door walls from the living area and master are breathtaking. The large balcony more than accommodated us. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer is great. The master is gorgeous with a walk in closet and vanity area. The other bedroom could use more comfortable beds. The beds were the only setback, but resting on the beach made up for it. Beach services were wonderful. We always love Okaloosa. Surf Dweller will be a must from now on.

We had a great time overall. We did experience some issues with the elevators not working which was an inconvenience especially on our last day and trying to get everything down to the car since the Condo is on the 5th floor.

Very comfortable condo

The condo was extremely clean and every area was roomy. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and all of the appliances worked well. We enjoyed the beach service and left Ft Walton well rested. We hope to return to this area again!

Awesome Place!!

One of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in! Condo is large and very well stocked. Views of the water and access to the beach can't be beat. Large balcony has room for everyone to relax. We are looking forward to our next vacation.
