The condo was amazing in a great location. Easy access to the beach and pools. Staff was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to needs. It had a great workout room. Way better than expected. Definitely give this rental 5 out of 5 stars.

Good location- interior needs some love

The condo location was great. Being right on the beach was so nice and our kids loved the heated pool! As far as the condo itself- there were problems other guests wrote about in the guest book that hadn’t been addressed. The fridge had some issues with the ice maker, the furniture was really uncomfortable. However it was nice to have so many beds! I felt like the kitchen could’ve been stocked better and each bathroom had only one roll of really cheap toilet paper. The house is by the beach so understandably there is sand on the rugs that was there when we got there which just made it feel a bit unclean. I was glad we

Great location and wonderful access. Large condo and beach access. Neighbor smoking marijuana on adjacent patio and it seeping into the condo was awful. Ants in dining room area and kitchen upon arrival. Floors had a dusty film all over when we arrived so we had to vacuum and mop. End unit was excellent with no other bother. Short walk to beach. Staff was excellent and parking was convenient. 3 star on description showed us at the pool versus the end unit we had but it worked out fine in the end

Perfect family getaway

The condo is first floor on the end of the building. Loved having easy access to the pool and beach without having stairs or elevators. Being on the far end I could hear the waves at night instead of the pool noises (the hot tub was really loud mechanically not just from people). We could still even see the gulf a bit even though the dunes blocked it a bit. The room setup was great. Kids shared the bunk room and twin bedroom with the Jack and Jill bath. My husband and I had a room with our own bath and my parents took the master with its own bath as well. The twin bunk room sometimes smelled a bit like mildew and you could see some mold in a few places. I think that comes with the territory. We had all the appliances we needed and the drive to Publix for food was just a couple minutes. Thanks for a great vacation!

Family Vacay on Okaloosa Island

Was a wonderful stay at the beach. Oceanfront condo was great. Great location, easy to get to. They were very accommodating, we had to bring an extravehicle and they were quick to help us out with parking. Had everything we needed as described, even some extras like water toys.

Great for large groups

We were very pleased with our stay with the exception of the beach chair situation. As a teen, my parents took me to the Azure for 10+ years and I was thrilled to take my children for the first time. That said, this was the first time I’ve ever had a problem with getting a front row beach chair. There was apparently some kind of reservation system that wasn’t communicated ahead of time. The only other option was to wait for 2+ hours starting at 6am in hopes of getting a front row chair. We were in the 2nd and 3rd rows every day which was disappointing. Other than that, the condo was clean, 1st floor pool access was great, and we had a great time! Would not hesitate to use this rental again but would certainly love to know a decent way to get a front row beach chair.

We loved the property & the space was perfect for us & the location was great also. But I'm a clean freak and the unit was not very clean. The floors especially were very dirty. Surfaces were not wiped down & the plantation shutters were really dirty. It’s really a shame because it’s a great property.. I would not rent it again for this reason only

Good but needs some love

It was a perfect location to Fort Walton and Destin. The parking and pool/beach access was very easy. The condo needs a little bit of paint touch up and a new dryer. The bunk room needs a dresser for clothes. The property management team was very responsive and very friendly when we needed a larger trashcan and had issues with the dryer. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we had a really good time. We would rent this unit again in the future.

The property is located right in the middle of anything food, groceries, etc. Air filter and grate needed cleaning. Washer had mold in the front rubber door, bathroom close to front door was not clean had milde, no bar soap in the bathrooms and master bathtub water would not get hot

Beautiful, spacious retreat on Okaloosa Island!!

Our group of 10 (62 yrs - 5 year old) were very comfortably spread out between the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. We liked that all bedrooms were en-suite with one jack-and-Jill bath which could be entered from the hall and the bedroom. We loved that the master was on the other side of the condo from the rest of the bedrooms. Walking out directly to the pool entrance and the 1 minute walkway to the beach were definite pluses of the ground level!! It was very clean and crisp. Just be aware that there is no shampoo and just small soap bars. We knew that before we came so not a problem. The beach toys and shovels were fun for the kids! Thanks for a great stay, David!! We will be back!!
