The living and dining areas are also beach front with another entry to the large beach front balcony from the living room. You even get a great view from the nicely updated kitchen! Lots of storage, granite counter tops, and superb appliances. Separate laundry room for your convenience with a full size washer and dryer. All bedrooms are ample size with plenty of space for up to 10 guests where everyone will feel comfortable. The property features TWO pools, a hot tub, a splash area for the children, state of the art fitness center, and two EV charging stations in the bottom level of the East garage.
