Apparently this owner doesn’t allow check-in or checkout on Sunday but VRBO App allowed me to schedule our out date for Sunday AND someone else to be coming in on Sunday as well. Something went wrong in the notification portion of the app also because the owner had no idea that we booked to leave on Sunday nor did he get any messages I sent. I finally contacted customer service because we were flying in & I had not received anything. They provided his contact info. I was able to text him & he assured me that I’d get an email at 5 pm. I didn’t. Then I reached out again & he said “I will text it to you”. He didn’t. So we were on the ground, 5 states away from home & still had no check-in information. I was a nervous wreck! I reached out yet again and he finally sent the info and told me that his housekeepers don’t work on Sunday & another guest was coming in behind me. So before I left I did “light housekeeping duty” to ensure they were able to manage until housekeeping comes on Monday. Not our best rental experience with VRBO. Not the most attentive or responsive host we’ve ever had either.

I was called the night prioe and informed the place was double booked. Property owner stated he would take care of it. He didnt. We did not stay here. We were left to fend for ourselves, while enroute to the property. I believe this is a scam.

My family stayed at this condo for a week. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to everything but just far enough away from the busy part of the island. The free beach service was very appreciated and host was easy to contact and very kind. We would stay here again if we are in the area! :)

Really really enjoyed the stay the place is perfectly located for easy access to beach and has a good view of the water from balcony! Owner is super communicative so makes checking in a breeze or anything needed throughout the stay very easy! Would recommend 10/10 definitely will be booking again with them in the future!

Perfect getaway

Yall I traveled to Florida by myself for a little relaxing getaway and this condo was absolutely perfect! I felt very safe on the property, in my condo and on the beach. The beach access is a lot easier and closer than I thought it would be so that was very nice. The property was quiet and everyone was kind. The owners were very polite and responsive and stocked the condo with everything I felt I needed.

The condo was awesome, great communication between the owners and myself. I think VRBO should notify renters of the remodeling taking place, very noisy and debris the air. Also, the upper parking area was unusable due to the remodeling process, making parking almost impossible, this is unacceptable in my opinion. I would have booked a different location if I had known all this work was taking place. VRBO, you can do better!!!

Excellent condo and great owner

I contacted Josh about the address of the condo, not only did he email about the future welcome email, he called me. He was great to deal with and very welcoming. The condo was great. Both the grounds and condo were very clean. The kitchen is loaded with stuff. The balcony was awesome with views of the gulf and the bay! I parked on the 2nd level, which we me gave me another level of security and away from people walking on the street. But the neighborhood was very nice and clean. I highly recommend staying at this owners condo. And the beach is beautiful, plus you get beach service.

Beautiful Condo

The property owners were fantastic to work with. They replied promptly to any questions we had. The condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we could have needed. The use of the two chairs and beach umbrella were an added bonus plus use of the pool. Perfect view of the Gulf and sound. We were there to unwind for a few days this was the perfect location. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely rent from them again.

This property is perfect for the quick getaways to relax your mind and refresh your soul.

Our experience was great. The only down fall was finding the actual room and the fact that the closest elevator was out. That has nothing to do with the condo owners that is poor property management.

Property was beautifully decorated with enough space, it accommodated my kids in the bunk bed. Sofa (bed) and we did get privacy as well with the room and option to make full bathroom private or just half giving them kids chance to shower as well. Kitchen is well equipped. Please provide more trash bags we had to use the ones given in grocery stores and it took several trips keep in mound we were there all week.

My sister and my first impression was how clean the condo was. It was very comfortable. Also well furnished. It as unfortunate that we did not have a working elevator near our condo which was a great inconvenience. Also parking area had lights not working which is a security risk. I’m sure HOA fees are part of property maintenance. Those who maintain the property should pay greater attention, not a good reflection on the owners of Island Princess

Lovely Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed; sheets, pillows, extra blankets, towels, and mini toiletries, laundry, and kitchen supplies. If I was nit-picky, and you plan on doing much cooking, I would recommend bringing a few good skillets. Though some are provided, they aren't great. Otherwise, EVERYTHING you could need is stocked in the kitchen. I had a little trouble (on my part) getting into the property on arrival, but the owner was quick to answer my call and get me in. It took less then two minutes. After a long trip, I was very appreciative that he was so available. I would certainly stay again and recommend this property to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful beach.

Have to agree with a former renter’s review about the barking dogs. The house is kiddy-corner to the condo unit and the dogs were noisy. Otherwise everything was fine. Beach is outstanding along with Lazy Day chair service.
