With a definite wink at classic coastal style, this 3 bedroom plus bunkroom, 3 bath condo offers the rarely found combined view of both the spectacular Waterscape courtyard and the scenic Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax both inside and out on the spacious balcony overlooking the Kiddie Splash Pad. This end unit is easily accessible from the elevator and just a few steps from drive-up covered and secured parking.

The open floor plan of this three bedroom/plus bunkroom unit allows options for both privacy and togetherness. With 3 separate bedrooms and a bunk room, there is sleeping in beds for 8 people with a comfy queen sleeper for 2 more if needed. Three full bathrooms are an added plus for larger parties. The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. The fully-stocked kitchen includes all dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware needed for your eat-in dining adventures. There is indoor dining with a large table and seating for 8 people.

Awesome Condo

My entire family was able to stay together in the condo. There was room for everyone. We enjoyed our time together at the beach and the splash pad. The condo is conveniently located for loading and unloading & has all of the amenities you could ask for! We enjoyed cooking every evening & sitting out on the balcony in the mornings & evenings.

Great complex for a family

We had a great stay. The complex was absolutely perfect for young kids and the walk to the beach was easy. The condo was spacious and the perfect location. The real negative for us was the cleanliness of the condo. The floors were swept but walking around left our feet black. Also if you plan on cooking, I would bring basic pots/pans/utensils. This unit was missing some basic amenities, but we were able to make it work. Overall, it was a great trip.

We had a great trip. The condo was clean and spacious. My husband and I went with my mom, step dad, uncle, and Grandfather. We traveled with three teens. There was plenty of room for everyone. The view was beautiful. The splash pad/ pool/ lazy river were so nice to have right outside. Grills everywhere that were cleaned daily! Just a really nice family friendly place. We loved having access to the storage closet outside there were lots of toys, nets, and floats. The main draw though is the location. We could walk to the peir and other sites on the Island. It was great!

Very nice resort!

We enjoyed our stay! The room was very nice and the location easily accessible and short walk to beach! Parking garage gives close proximity to room. Plenty of parking available. Only things that could improve experience would be updating couch, pretty worn out. More silverware, only 5 forks and about 6 spoons. There were no clothes hangers in closets. These are minor things that didn’t cause problems but just making note. Plenty of towels which is always nice. Pools are great! Lots for small kids to play on in pool area. Great area with the most gorgeous sunsets!

Great place, limited kitchen

Condo was really great. Views, parking, interior. Only downside was the lack of spices or even simple salt and pepper. We did go to the grocery store of course but having to buy spices for the week was just a waste of money. A few notes. A drawer next to the dishwasher was broken upon arrival. Secondly the first room with the king size bed the handle seems to be installed incorrectly as you need to pull up on it rather than down to get it open when the door is shut. This panicked us in the middle of the night when our child was crying that we could not get in the room but thankfully figured it out. Lastly no fault of this owner but it’s really too bad that they allow smoking on the balconies at a family resort. We ate outside for every meal and there were people smoking a condo over.

Excellent Location, Spacious

Very nice condo…great location at Waterscape. You can park near the condo front door and there’s an elevator 15 feet away (but was out of service the entire week we were there). If you plan to cook a lot, plan to bring special pots, pans, and bowls, etc, you need. There’s no can opener, we had to buy muffin tins (which we left in the unit). Just needed basic things we have seen included at better-appointed condos. There’s no beach wagon, but there are chairs, toys, and a small umbrella. Overall, still a great condo.

Waterscape Resort was excellent for the kids. The pools were kept in great condition and kept the kids entertained all day. The condo was well kept and had recently been renovated. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Resort

This is a great condo at an awesome resort. Great for kids and adults. The lazy river was fun. There are a lot of pools for everyone. Walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. The condo was spacious for all of us.
