Great Family Stay with a view

We enjoyed our stay it was perfect for our family. We were able to make breakfast and lunch and go out and explore the Emerald Coast.We came home with clean laundry in our suitcases.We explored both sides of the property and the beach. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella.We had one issue with a tv that wasn’t working and they responded and fixed it.We will return.

Incredible Views

We enjoyed the location of this condo. Easy in & out. Not too far to walked from parking garage or to the beach. Decor fits beach life and we had everything we needed. The views from the front door and the balcony were incredible and we plan to return another time.

Very nice property that is part of a very nice resort

We enjoy everything about the area and the property of Dustin west. Amazing views and amenities to keep everyone occupied whether you want to go to the beach, lazy river, bayside marina, or just lounge in one of the four pools. It is not overly crowded except for the first half of the day on the beach becomes congested. Otherwise the pools and Lazy River are spread out enough to give everyone their own space. The condo owner provides many things as extras that I usually don’t see. There were ample cleaning supplies to include a vacuum cleaner bucket mop. An extra drying rack was found under the bed to hang suits and towels up which was a great plus. There was also a beach wagon and some extra toys available for use. The only negative things we could say was the cleaning could’ve been better as per usual at beach condos. The sliding doors were extremely difficult to open and close and required two hands until we cleaned the tracks out to let them operate smoother. The kitchen is equipped with nearly everything I could possibly need however some of the items were still dirty and/or worn heavily.

Spring break 2021

We had never been to Fort Walton or Destin before and the sand is like sugar sand and the water is very blue green pretty. For the first week of April it was only highs of 75 but we knew that going in and were still able to get sun.

Great getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 504 Destin West Gulfside. We had stayed at an adjacent condo previously, and wanted a little more room this time. This condo had a lot of space, a nice size kitchen and living room. The master room has a King size very comfortable bed and large master bath. The kids loved the bunk room, especially having their own TV! We could have had several extra guests with us and still felt comfortable in the space. The wrap around balcony is a nice as well. While we didn’t cook while we were here, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The refrigerator is nice, large and clean. We brought K-cups for the coffee maker, but there is a traditional coffee maker as well. There are plenty of bath towels. Also having a washer/dryer is handy. We look forward to come back and maybe bringing friends/family next time!
