Enjoy the Beauty of the Emerald Coast and make a Difference at the same time. The Beauty - take in the gulf view from the patio deck that is shaded and cool in the morning and then watch the sunset in the evening. The Difference - ten percent of rental proceeds will be donated to organizations such as Bright Hope Int'l, Compassion Int;l and Samaritans Purse for care of children and relief projects around the world. This family friendly unit has a reclining sofa, 50" flat screen TV & sound system, full sleeper love seat, TV/DVD player in each bedroom, board games, movies and more. A Pack-n-Play, umbrella stroller, booster seat and small assortment of toys are also provided for our guests' convenience. Please bring your own sheets/blankets for the Pack-n-Play. All beds have gel memory foam toppers for a great nights sleep. The kitchen is well appointed and includes dishwasher and ice maker. Beach chairs and other beach items are also provided. Free Wi-Fi and Cox Cable.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Fort Walton Beach (End of May, 2024)

Awesome condo! Really well set up with all of the necessities for cooking. Only issue was with the toilet in the master bathroom (water pressure issues), otherwise an absolutely wonderful room and great location!

Terrific property and condo

My family and I had been to Destin but not to Fort Walton Beach. This property was spectacular. It was the last property before the Air Force Base reserve so no other properties were to the west of it. It is clean and the people were nice here. The employees were great and we're always smiling when we saw them. The condo we stayed in was wonderful. We loved the decor and the furniture in the place. It was spacious enough for our family of 6 with the pull out sofa bed. We really enjoyed our stay here and hopefully, will return next year.

Gabbi's Getaway

Family of 6 and our room had pretty much everything we needed. The owner had small toys for our little one, which we forgot. They also had a booster high chair seat. This helped us a lot. The view was great and the walk to ocean and pools were great distance. Overall I recommend El Matador. We would return. Thank you for everything!

Family Vacation

Quick trip to Florida to get away - the condo was great. I did get a little nervous since we were arriving late and I was a little unclear about the check in process and what unit we were in, but they called when we were in the way before they closed for the night to make sure we knew how to get in. Make sure you bring everything you need to cook - there isn’t salt or pepper or aluminum foil.

Fantastic getaway!

Wow! What a gem. We had a great vacation at El Matador. The location is wonderful - off the beaten path, but easy enough to drive to what you need. The condo was clean, bright and well equipped. Check the closet on the deck for beach chairs and beach toys. The pool was great, would get packed sometimes during the day, but could still always find a chair and people came and went frequently. There were a few spots with shade. The beach was convenient and there is a service available for chair and umbrella rental. Lots of seaweed this week, but didn’t stop my kiddos! We will be back! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Perfect Relaxing Family Vacation

The condo was beautiful with a wonderful modern beach feel. All the conveniences of home and than some were available. The only thing I highly recommend bringing is a beach umbrella. The view from the patio provided two wonderful views of the ocean. The resort was unbelievable. The two pools were never overcrowded nor was the beach. This was the first time I have rented a condo on the beach with my kids and I will definitely be doing it again. Hopefully in the same condo because this couldn't have been anymore perfect.

Great condo

The condo was very nice, very well equipped with everything. We Did need matches though. You can see the beach from the balcony but to far away to hear the waves. It's on the 4th floor but there is an elavator and the laundry was on our floor too. The beach is great and the pool area by the beach is nice too.
