This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is located on the 4th floor of building 4. The kitchen has views of the coastline and is equipped with everything you need to create a great meal when you feel like eating in. The living room has a sofa sleeper and a terrific view of the Gulf-front pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has private access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds and also has a view of the coastline.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

The unit itself had a beautiful view nicely located nice restaurants around the areaThe fold up bed and the couch was not the most comfortable and was difficult to get unfolded and re-folded definitely need some work. The unit itself could use a little sprucing up, but overall a nice place to stay. I would stay there again.

Great condo

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed in this unit, and everyone was very comfortable and had room to breathe. The kids each had a twin bed and their own full bathroom. The condo was spacious and had a good view of the pool and the ocean. I love that it's next to a nature preserve, so there is no building on one side. This made the beach area in front of the condo less crowded. The elevators were fast and reliable, and I liked having a code to get into the condo instead of a physical key. There were only 2 downsides; 1) there is no washer/dryer in the unit, so you have to pay for the one that is down the hall. However, the machines were new and readily available. 2) Beach chairs and umbrella and *not* included. We have stayed at several other condos in this price range where washer/dryer were in the condo and the chairs & umbrella were included. Overall it was a very good unit that we would stay in again.

Condo needs some updating

We enjoyed the stay and would stay again at El Matador just not in # 446. My husband and I only slept in the king size bed, but it was so uncomfortable, we got very little sleep. Also although you could tell the carpet had been vacuumed, it really needs shampooing or replacing. I didn’t want to walk on it with my bare feet. The microwave also needs replacing because it was rusted. The unit just needs an overall updating and for the money we paid it was not worth it!

Nice location!

Location makes this property. At the end of the public area and all the condos. The beach area extends past the property into the Air Force base and you can spread out and find space on the beach without being crowded. The actual condo is a little dated but has been pretty well maintained. Seemed very clean and had good views from the balcony. Would recommend!
