Overall, the unit was pretty good. The kitchen was up to date and well equipped. The lighting was good (so many other places don't have enough). The beach and gulf view from balcony was very good. The beds were comfortable. A LCD TV with cable was in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The two bathrooms were good. Our only concerns were that the WiFi Internet was weak and so slow. And it did not reach the back bedroom and barely the balcony. There were no ceiling fans. Also, the balcony furniture was soiled and could've used a good coat of white paint.

Recovery time

Perfect location overlooking the ocean. We watched dolphins and stingrays from our balcony and enjoyed the changing waves each day. My daughter was recovering from a total hip replacement and we spent a very relaxing month here.

LOVED IT! Can't say enough things about this condo! It's a great view in every direction, convenient to everything, cozy, clean, relaxing. I stayed for a month and plan to be back again. Owner was quick to respond to any questions I had.

I've stayed in over 50 condos along the Emerald Coast, and this one is the best value I have found! It's an older building, but the condo itself has been totally renovated/updated. The decor is charming, and so is the owner :) We'll be back!!!

Perfect Christmas Getaway

This condo was perfect getaway for my two kids, husband, and I. The view was spectacular. The couch was so comfy that one of the four of us fell asleep on it nightly. Everything was provided such as dish liquid, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, all kitchen supplies for cooking, towels, toiletries for bathing, and plenty of pillows and blankets. Good property for money spent

This property was very good and had great lay out if you have kids which we do. The kitchen could use a coffee pot instead of a keurig as we have a large group and had to make coffee 1 cup at a time. Also the ice maker did not work. The view was amazing and the room was really clean and well stocked. Proximity to beach can’t be beat. Also, the owners always responded quickly to questions and requests. I was very well pleased with this property.

PERFECT!!

This condo was absolutely perfect!! The view.... I have no words.The only issue(s) we had was there were no trash bags initially so we went and bought some. No big deal. They even ended up delivering some to us without asking. So points for that. The only other issue was the parking. Our designated spot was taken EVERY TIME we pulled up. Now I know the owner can't control that, but it was still annoying.

Cozy and nice space!

This was a great space and location. Everything was clean and orderly. Check in process was easy and accommodating for our schedule. It was nice to see this VRBO wasn't "barren". By that I mean, there was some dishwashing detergent and a package of dishwasher pods. Some places we've stayed don't even give you an extra garbage bag and you have to buy soap to wash dishes. Thankfully there was a hair blow dryer as I forgot mine at home. It didn't work quite correctly, but enough to get the job done. We would stay here again!
