This condo is perfect! It's clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beach service was extremely convenient for our family and it wasn't a crowded beach like others we've been to. Totally recommend!

Perfect Fot for Our Spring Break

This beachfront condo was a perfect fit for our family of 5 having a bathroom attached to each of the three bedrooms The chair service on the beach as part of the rental was an added bonus. We would love to come back again.

Dolphin Sightings and Fun in the Sun

Great location right on the beach. Good view from balcony where we could watch the dolphins swim by. Fun firework show for New Year's Eve that we could watch right on the beach. Communication was excellent and any issues were addressed in a timely manner.

Great location & the cleanest condo I have ever rented. Sheets & towels were good. Pillows were hard, but that is expected in rental properties. Just remember to take your own.

Very Clean!

This place has everything a family needs. Home away from home. Beautiful views, and beautiful clean place to stay. About a mile walk to the pier and restaurants. Wish we had a few extra blankets is our only complaint. Bring extra cash to the beach if you want to use the canoe and boards as they are not included. Beds are super cozy and balcony is very spacious. We had the best family vacation. Thank you

Our family is in the midst of a two "lifequakes" and we needed a completely peaceful beach trip. This unit did not disappoint. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and the view is fantastic! We had zero issues and will probably try to get this unit for our next stay.

The Sea Blaster Water adventure was out of this world for kids learning to snorkel. The only complaints were - no shampoo or conditioner anywhere and if it rains, the balcony has no drainage. The water puddles a few inches deep. Still an amazing property and we will return!

Parking garage was perfect with assigned spaces, however we had two vehicles and had asked for a second pass to park outside. Did not get one and didn't want to waste time looking for the main office so took our chances. The day before we left my dauggters car had a note left on it, so we flipped it over and gave our unit number and that we were leaving the next morning. Would definitely recommend staying here again. Also, if beach chairs come with your unit, be sure to take lots of cash to give the attendant if you want on the front row.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've used Brooks and Shorey for many years and have rented in Gulf Dunes through them many times. The units are always clean and well-maintained. 401 was the first time I've had a corner unit and the extra windows and views were spectacular. The only complaint I have is the ramp leading down to the beach. My main reason for renting at Gulf Dunes is for the ramp because my elderly mom has trouble with stairs. There is a huge step down from the end of the ramp onto the beach. I watched a lot of people have trouble navigating the huge step from my balcony. Please fix this for your guests with mobility issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE HAVE STAYED AT GULF DUNES MULTIPLE TIMES AND THIS RENTAL IS BY FAR THE MOST CLEAN AND WELL DESIGNED PROPERTY WE HAVE STAY IN. GREAT LOCATION TO MANY SURROUNDING SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS. THE UNIT WAS SPACIOUS, NICELY DECORATED AND WELL CLEANED UPON OUR ARRIVAL. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.
