With over 2300 square feet of space inside and out this unique floor plan offers just what you've been looking for. Free high speed wireless and internet available in the condo. Sleeps 12!

One of a select few end unit condos complete with its own private four person hot tub, split level wrap around patio and private barbecue grill! This condo has everything to make your next family vacation one to remember. Just step out from your lower level gated patio to the 700 foot Lazy Lagoon River and waterfall swimming pool and an additional seasonally heated swimming pool which is reserved for use of Heron guest only! In addition there is a walkover for easy access to the beach. Private barbecue grill located on lower deck.

Professionally decorated throughout with Nantucket decor there is room for everyone to stretch out after a hard day at the pool or beach. Extra large living room has comfortable sofa, oversized chair that folds out into a twin sleeper, a 60" LCD television with DVD player to watch the big game or for movie night makes relaxation a breeze! Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for easy exit to split level patio which wraps around end unit condo, with views of beautifully landscaped areas and the bay. It does not get any better than this!

Dining area has spacious seating for six with additional space available at the granite topped breakfast bar. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to fix that fresh seafood feast. We have tried to think of everything!

Master suite with bay views and king size bed with spa style bathroom. Suite is also equipped with pull out small divan perfect for small child. Jetted spa style tub in bathroom with walk in separate shower area. Double vanities ensure room for everyone to get ready for the day. Large walk in closet with plenty of space. Large TV. Futon in master bedroom makes into perfect bed for a small child. Pack n play included.

Guest bedroom with King size bed and access to second full bathroom. Flat screen television and DVD player. Perfect for two couples vacationing together.

Third bedroom has bunk beds with full on the bottom twin on top, and an additional trundle twin size bed pulls out from under the bunk for additional sleeping space. Plenty of room for the kids to play games or watch their own TV or DVDs. Small toddler couch makes into a pallet bed. Perfectly sized furnishings will keep them happy for hours.

I have tried to make this unit as child and vacation friendly as I could. I believe that you and your family will enjoy it as much as my family.

***This condo has a private hot tub that is optional for our guests. The fee to use the hot tub is $60 plus tax and will be added to the quote given by VRBO unless we are contacted to state not wanted.

We stayed here for four nights in March with another family. There were plenty of beds and a beautiful location. It was a quick walk to the beach. Our building had a private pool which was nice to get some quiet pool time. Loved being on the lower level and having our own hot tub. Wonderful stay!

Family paradise!

Absolutely loved our stay and will be back!! The lazy river and pool were amazing and our kids could explore since were so close to it all! The private hot tub was great for cool nights. Owners were very responsive and unit was clean with lots of space!

Beautiful, perfect, condo right on the lazy river. Very accommodating and made for a great vacation! Private hot tub, garage full of beach toys and floats. We had a great vacation because of this condo.

We loved this ground floor condo that gave us easy access to the pool and lazy river area, especially with our young kids! The beach was also a short, convenient walk and having the wagon and chairs available was super helpful. One thing that kept our stay from being 5 stars was that the floors were not clean upon our arrival (we could feel sand). Also it would have been nice to have a few more amenities provided to get us started (for example, we only had one trash bag and the hand soap was almost empty when we arrived so we had to run out and buy stuff right away). A few simple things could make a big difference! Overall, though, it was a great stay and we would recommend it!

Fun Family Spring Break Trip

The condo was very nicely supplied and furnished. It had everything that you would need for a nice relaxing trip. The location of the condo was great and the kids loved the direct access to the pool. The private hot tub was a bonus. We would highly recommend this to our friends and family and we would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Very Nice Place

This condo is very nice and well stocked, beautifully designed. It has plenty of cooking utensils and beach equipment/tents/toys. The location was great and we stayed busy the entire time. It provides walking distance to activities for ex. putt putt, jet ski rentals and restaurants. Our family enjoyed our stay and would rent again in the future.

Heron-08 Awesome Condo

My family and I hat the best time and this condo was awesome!!! Very spacious and we loved the hot tub!!! We really enjoyed being in Fort Walton away from the hectic ness of Destin, but close enough if we wanted to do things there!!! The office staff I talked to on the phone was always so helpful and accommodating!!! We are already discussing going back!!!

We had our 8 year and 12 year old and it was perfect for them and us! 5 minute walk to the beach, easy access to the lazy river, and our own private hot tub was amazing! The condo was very nice and spacious. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Tvs in all of the rooms worked great! Couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Best of both worlds , bay and beach property!

This unit offers easy access to the lazy river. Well appointed unit. We unfortunately had a lot of rain but enjoyed all the inside space and huge covered lanai. Not to be overlooked, incredible water pressure!In this unit made getting cleaned up a breeze after a day of play!!

The condo was perfectly next to the lazy river on the first floor. My only complaint would be the hot tub. It didn’t work and was dirty.

Loved it!

Beautiful condo with more than enough room for 10+ people. The hot tub on the balcony was AMAZING and the whole resort had a lot of family friendly amenities. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad although it was kind of crowded there. Julie was easily accessible and an amazing host. Only thing is maybe more blankets in the condo and the bathtub drain fixed
