This wonderful Gulf-front rental has recently been updated and has a commanding view of the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. Wifi has been upgraded to guarantee FAST INTERNET for streaming. The living room will provide you access to this wonderful private balcony. You will enjoy sitting on the balcony which is furnished with chairs and 2 tables for your comfort and enjoyment. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors enhance your view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen comes equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for your convenience. If you elect to not eat-in, then there are many wonderful restaurants located nearby; as well as shopping, available in Fort Walton Beach and Destin, Florida. This condo can sleep 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit has a SmartTV in the living room and guest bedroom as well as a TV in the master bedroom. Free wifi throughout the condo as well as the entire complex at Island Princess! This rental also comes with complimentary beach service (seasonal) March - October. Direct beach access with ocean front pool! Clean room and easy check in process. We had an issue with the balcony door handle and luggage rack. Maintenance arrives quickly and resolved. Great location and pool !

Nice Gulf Get Away

The only complaint I have was younger kids very loud in the pool late at night and running up and down the halls ringing door bells. I tried to catch them but I am old and slow. All in all nice trip. Thank you.

Looked just like the pics online, had a few things that needed to be taken care of and was done next day. View was great other than it raining due to Hurricane Nicholas we had a great time enjoyed sitting out on the balcony enjoying the waves and storms and our cocktails! Would recommend and stay again.

We loved the location of the property. The condo was great. When we arrived we had not received code to enter the condo. I had to contact the owner for the code. The property manger sent us a code at 4:30 (check in 4:00) which was the wrong code. There was not a broom in the condo to sweep the floors to get remove the sand. We stayed for 7 days and it drove me crazy not being able to clean the floors. The condo only supplied 1 dishwasher cleaner and no dishwashing liquid or washing machine pods. All Condos I have stayed in always supplies a starter supply for you. I would stay here again but I know that need to bring my supplies with me.
