This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom/1-bathroom condo features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living space with a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the full bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combination. This unit does not have a Washer/Dryer. Coin operated laundry room on property.

Over all pretty clean. Only thing is the ac doesn’t get cold. It’s a note asking you not to go below 72 and keep the balcony door closed. We did both, and the unit sounds really loud in the bedroom at night. It’s, two fans in the bedroom but it’s just stuffy in the unit. Especially at night in the bedroom.
