This beautifully remodeled 5th floor condo has a fantastic view of the beach, pool and Gulf of Mexico. This condo offers complimentary beach service (1 umbrella, 2 chairs set up for you daily March - October)! This is a 3 bedroom / 3 bath beachfront condo and has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TV's, WI-FI and beach front balcony that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. This unit also has it's own dedicated covered parking spot which means your car will stay comfortable even during the hot summer months! The unit will sleep 8 with a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Kitchen comes fully stocked with cups, glasses, plates, flatware, basic appliances and cookware and a Keurig coffer maker. Enjoy the gulf side pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, barbeque grilling area, complimentary beach service (seasonally) and well equipped fitness room during your family beach vacation. This was our favorite vacation rental in Fort Walton by far. Beautiful condo with everything you might need. Great location, easy check in and awesome host communication. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location on Okaloosa Island. Steps from the beach were our chairs and umbrella were waiting for us every day! Nice heated pool as well since the water in the gulf was a little chilly. The condo worked great for our family of 5, giving everyone a bed and having 3 bathrooms was so nice. The entryway of the condo could use a fresh coat of paint as you can tell it’s been banged up some from people coming and going but it didn’t detract from the experience. The handle of the sliding door to the patio broke - we contacted Legacy Vacations who had someone there to fix it within an hour! Would 100% stay here again.

**Amazing Stay with Everything a Family Needs**

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view is absolutely amazing — we could have spent all day just soaking it in. The condo itself has everything a family could need, making it easy and comfortable to feel right at home. The owners were fantastic to work with — responsive, kind, and accommodating. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Amazing!

This property was everything and more! It was 110% clean when we arrived, fully stocked with all the essentials and more, and the view of the Gulf was AMAZING. We have never used VRBO before and now I think we will never stay at a hotel again! The location was perfect, right on the beach in a quieter area west of Destin. The white sand beach was perfect. It was an amazing family vacation with our adult children and 17 yr. old!

Beachfront Vacation

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location. The unit could use a few updates/repairs..but nothing that would keep us from renting it again. We stayed as a family of 5 and everyone had more than enough space. Plenty of family gathering space and enough space to go relax alone.

The condo was clean and comfy. Would have been nice to have blackout curtains on the front bedrooms to block the lights from the hallways. The dining room chairs need to be replaced, the seats are broken in 3out of 6.

Property was well maintained and clean. Easy access to pool and beach. Had a great time. Construction was going on, so fairly loud from about 9am to 5pm. But since it was so late in the year, much later than I've ever been to FL, I figured it was fairly normal to have upgrades, etc being completed since it's basically after their tourist season.
