This condo was recently remodeled with all new flooring, new decor, new furniture and new bedding. It looks like a completely different condo and you will love all of the high end touches that this owner has placed in their condo. Be one of the first to stay in this freshly decorated condo at Destin West and experience the new face of Osprey 404.

Osprey 404 is 3 Bedroom/2 bath condo located in the Osprey building at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort on the bayside. This condo is under new ownership and management and both are looking forward to having new families come to enjoy and make a lifetime of memories in our condo. Whether spending the day at the private beach, floating for hours in the lazy river or fishing off the property's private marina we know that you are sure to enjoy your stay for a weekend or a week.

Nice resort

We have stayed at this resort multiple times. This was our first time staying in this particular room. Other than struggling with the broken blinds over the patio door in the master room, everything was in order and clean and pleasant. A room darkening covering (like in the living room) over the large patio window and door in the master would have veen nice.

Very Disappointed at Destin West

We booked 3 days, my wife, 6 month old daughter, and I bc we wanted to bring my little girl in lazy River. Monday they tested fire alarms all day long with ear piercing alarms going off. We kept having to run my baby outside on the balcony and couldn’t even use our condo. Also on Monday, Tues and Wednesday they decide to trim palm trees and close the lazy river during the day bc they dropped the cut palms in water and let them float around the lazy river instead of throwing them to the side. The entire hot tube was used as a storage basin for cut palms, dirt, and debris. This trip was a huge waste of money for my family as we couldn’t even use what we paid for. Very disappointed they did this in the spring when traffic is heavy at this place and not the winter months. Wasted 1500 and will prob choose a different establishment next time.

The condo has been updated but there are still things outdated especially in the bathrooms. Upon arrival it seemed as if the cleaning crew did a quick job as the furniture was all disheveled and surfaces seemed smudged and dirty. The beds were fine but the pillows were extremely cheap and uncomfortable. The deck and views of the bay were very enjoyable. I feel the biggest disappointment were the lack of toiletries. We were constantly searching for something that we couldn’t and didn’t find such as toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. They also do not provide any beach towels. All in all our stay was fine. We all enjoyed the lazy river. The condo has a very laid back vibe and we were just looking for something with a bit more.

Spring break

Absolutely beautiful condo. Perfect for our family. Loved the kitchen counter space! Everything we needed (coffee maker, toaster, etc.) Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed! Deck was a great size! It was a good walk to the beach so make sure you have everything you need! But we enjoyed it as well as the pier and fishing. The Gulfarium was a nice few hours spent. The dolphin and the sea lion shows were wonderful! Wish we were able to spend the whole week but will definitely keep this place in mind for future vacations! Thank you for sharing your place with us!
