This lovely 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo is perfect for 2 couples looking to get away from every day stress. This condo features King Size Bed in each room. Corner unit on the west end of the building which allows this condo to have more square footage than any other 2 Bedroom condo at Summerlin . 47" flat-screen TV in the living room, and a 32" flat-screen TV in the master bedroom..

Beautiful View and Great Condo

The condo was great with a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and to cook. We would definitely stay here again! The shower in the master bathroom was our only problem. It needs to be fixed immediately. The leak got worse the longer we were there. Even with the bathroom door closed we could hear the leak unless we turned up the tv. Hopefully this is resolved soon.

Lovely condo

The condo is lovely and was very clean in appearance and smell. The living room furniture is comfortable and attractive, however the balcony furniture desperately needs to be updated. Kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect - right on the ocean. We really like the building having only 30 units, so the beach wasn't crowded. Property managers did not promptly respond when we had a question about the cable being out, but it was restored the next day. Overall, a great place and we would stay there again!

Our unit in Summerlin Ft. Walton Beach was perfect for our stay. The rental company kept us apprised of our obligations and also what they were providing for us. Would definitely recommend Brooks and Shorey.

Location, Location, Location!

This corner until was probably the most perfect (for us) condo that we have stayed in during the past 15 years. The bedrooms are very spacious and the furniture was super comfortable. The balcony is a huge as well and has plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is a little tight, but who cares? I wasn't there to cook anyway. There is a large washer and dryer that came in extremely handy! With this rental, we were given free daily passes to various outings but unfortunately didn't get to use them due to the weather, so I couldn't speak of the easy of using them. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!

Amazing Condo

We loved staying at Summerlin! It was SO clean and had the perfect view! Such an easy check-in process. As soon as our Condo was ready, they called and let us know. We will definitely be staying again. It surpassed all expectations!

Doesn’t Get Any Better

Condo is spacious and has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, water pressure is great, and it’s nice having an elevator. Beach isn’t crowded and having chairs and an umbrella included with the condo is a wonderful perk. We hope to be back!

Great beachfront condo

Easy booking and contract experience. Enjoyed location of property. Perfect sized unit for our family of 4. Loved the oceanfront convenience and pool. Beach umbrella and chair service was wonderful. Nice reserved, covered parking spot. Only issue was a terrible smell coming from garbage disposal, so we notified the Mgmt company to check on it.
