My highest rating goes to the host, Kim, for her exceptional communication. Very prompt in responding. The condo was great and on a more quieter side of the beach. Everything was as described in the listing. The only suggestion I have is to mention the view from this condo is obstructed by the dune. You can hear the ocean from the back patio but you can’t see it. Having said that, you are literally on the beach in less than 10 seconds. We do like sitting on property patios to relax and watch the ocean and didn’t understand we wouldn’t be able to do that. We still give this property and host a rating of 5!!! Highly recommend if Ocean view isn’t important to you.

Easy and quick communication from the host. Simple to get to and walk right out the back door and on to the beach in 10 seconds. Stocked with basically all you will need for a great stay. Definitely staying here again !

Although the property was on the beach, the view was blocked by the sand dunes. There was an easy walkway to get to the water. The property listing says check in at 3pm, but you are not able to access the property until after 4pm due to a timed lock on the front door. That was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. The bedrooms were small, but overall the condo was clean, in a good location, and an easy walk to the water. Overall, it was about what I expected.

Love the location of this apartment!

Me and my family had a blast! Great location walk from the back door to the beach! If you want to cook the kitchen is well equipped. Great for a family get away. Publix is at 6 min and lots of restaurants nearby. They accept pets but pets are not allowed at the beach so may as well travel without them.

Cute condo and not a big high rise!!!

The condo is so cute and I love how it’s not in a big high rise building with lots of stairs and no where to park or far from your car. The condo was clean and I liked how large the kitchen and sitting area was. The condo is on the first floor and does not have a view of the water but the walkway is right there. Had a fabulous time.
