We have stayed in this condo before and booked again! It’s a great one, we can see ocean and bottom pool, and we are right across the elevator. Owners were great to contact and we will book again in the future!

Annual family trip

I take my daughters every year to the Destin area and when we saw the places we usually stay we’re booked we were disappointed. Luckily, I found this gorgeous condo. We were all very impressed and happy with everything about this place. We usually like a much closer view of the ocean but the place was nice enough for us to get over that. Check in and check out was so simple which made it even better.

Amazing trip!!

Wonderful views! So much beauty in one place. I love how convenient it was to go to the beach and then back to the pool and visa versa. Have two young boys and not once did they say they were bored. Easiest check in and check out I ever had. I assure you, you won’t regret staying here.

Amazing Condo/Vacation Destination!

Location was perfect, comfortable beds, very spacious! So clean and family friendly! Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking essentials! It was so nice to have a washer and dryer! We will definitely stay again. Communication with property managers were smooth and prompt with every interaction from booking to check-out! And I forgot to mention THE VIEW and literally steps from the beach and plenty of pools and hot tubs to enjoy when you’re not on the beach. Check out the Gulfarium and shopping in Fort Walton and Destin!

Fall Break 2022

Room was perfect! We loved the two king suites plus the bunk room for the kids. This was our second stay at Waterscape and this condo was definitely an upgrade from our last stay. Easy check in and great hosts! Only complaint is for Waterscape itself, the beach service is overpriced and the “U-shaped” formation of the chairs on the beach is disappointing, considering other people can setup their tents for free and block the ocean view. Other than that, great place to stay for families with kids.

Nice location with a few issues

Overall the stay was enjoyable, but could have been better. We had a few bumps in the road along the way that took away from our vacation experience. The unit was laid out well, had nice decorations and good location relative to the elevator/pool and beach. -1* due to the fact that the view is not as advertised... the palm trees have grown up and you basically have no beach view, so if you're looking for that you need a unit at least 4th floor in waterscape. -1* also due to cleanliness... the unit's floors and bedrooms were generally dirty, but the main issue was that the bunk bed room had puke in it from the previous renter that had not been thoroughly cleaned up. Unfortunately we did not discover this until day 2 of our 1 week vacation and it was not fully rectified until day 4. One bedroom had a broken headboard, and while we were there the AC unit also leaked to the floor below needed maintenance / repair. For us, these interruptions were tolerable but frustrating and took away from our overall experience... we only had 1 week for vacation this year!!!

Very nice inside, good location, can watch the Wednesday Okaloosa Pier fireworks from the balcony here, great view of the main pool area, just very nice overall. I would stay here again.

Great Family Vacation!

Waterscape never disappoints for family vacation! This is our 3rd visit and we’ve had a great experience each time. The condo was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 7. It was clean and had all amenities. The condo is also conveniently located next to the elevator and trash chute was is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!
