The pictures of the property online had much better views than the actual room. We had a view of the parking lot of the adjacent hotel while the property we saw online had pool and beach views. Just a little misleading. Otherwise, the room was still very nice.

The room was clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was good. The pools and hot tubs were in good condition and fun. The walk down to the beach was short and the sand and water were amazing. The whole family had a blast! We would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a beach vacation. (For reference we are a family of 6 kids ages 17, 15, 13, and 11).

This was our first stay at the Waterscape. We have a two year old little boy and we believe he had the best time. We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to walk right out to the beach, then go to the pool area, and be able to walk back and forth as we wanted with the showers (to rinse off sand) right in between. There are lots of pool options, but with this being October we really appreciated the heated pool. We also appreciated the little tiki bar with food options. The condo was very nice and pretty comfortable. Overall kid/family friendly resort and we would stay here again.

Room was fine, but for over 500 dollars for a weekend trip I expect the pool to be in better condition. The whole reason we went was for my daughters birthday because she wanted a lazy river, and it was just unkept compared to the last time I was there

Everything was really nice the only thing I had was we could not stay on property after check out. It would have been nice to enjoy the pools a little bit longer. But it was a really nice property and extremely easy communication.

The location was easily accessible. The pools were amazing and they had activities for families to attend. The kids loved the pool and had a kid area for our 5 yr old to attend that was badge access only. We felt safe and secure. Loved the experience and plan to attend next year.

Room was very nice and clean with. Even though considered a one bedroom, the bunk beds were off by themselves with their own bathroom, which gives more privacy. Several pools, perfect for children and adults.

It wws a great place to stay. Near the beach. The pool area was great. Parking was difficult to navigate only the first time but otherwise great. Our washer and dryer was broken but they did come once to get our laundry. The communication was the best part
