Let's point out several things. First, the property is basically in a truck fueling facility. This is not an independently unattached motel. Second, the rooms are especially large. Third, the floor in the rooms are concrete and thus the sound travels more fluidly. Lastly, the walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations next door, if you happen to have people next door. The price is very appealing. There you have it. A study in contrasts.

No going to lie. This place is weird. It's in a gas station. I want to be mad at it. But also, it was a cheap price for a really great shower and very comfy and clean bed. The flooring is weird and I had to unplug 2 air fresheners in the room that were total overkill. But it was clean and comfortable, so I can't complain about having a gas station that feels like Las Vegas at the bottom of the elevator.

Great room for the price

The room was very spacious and clean. Don’t let the fact that the room is above a truck stop to deter you from booking a room. We would definitely stay again.

I felt safe at this location, though it wasn't in the main area of town. The convenience store below the rooms had a great variety of foods available. We were also able to order our food from local restaurants. The rooms are big, comfortable and mostly quiet, we were only woken once from a noisy neighbor. There were only a few things I didn't like about the room. First, the towels are WAY too small, plus there were no wash clothes in our room. I don't use them and my husband didn't want to ask for them. It would be nice to have a makeup mirror in the bathroom or by the entryway mirror as it would greatly help applying ones makeup. The other thing that the room could use is a luggage rack, I had to use the desk area. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay, the staff were polite and helpful and the parking was great.

Best Motel I’ve Ever Stayed At!

Exceptionally clean room, stocked with everything we needed!!! Friendly staff, especially Vivek…he was very helpful with anything we needed!!! Comfortable beds and chairs. Recently remodeled including a rain shower head in the shower. Decor was done very well. Close to Shipshewana and other attractions. Liquor store, convenience store and gas station with a few games like pool, basketball and arcade games in the same building! IHOP is permanently closed but a new Crunchy Chicken restaurant is coming soon!

The room was huge with a huge bathroom as well! It had a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and regular shower head for personal choice. The rainfall shower head was so relaxing and unique to anywhere else I have stayed! The room was clean, neat and organized! All of this is extremely surprising given that it is behind a gas station and above a party store. Only recommendations I would have are to put non-slip strips or something on the shower floor as it is very slippery, and to put a sign above the door where you go to check-in to make it easier to find. That part was very frustrating. But overall, will definitely stay again!

it was very nice. king bed was a little high for me ,could not get in it the first night had to get a step stool, but i do have leg problems. high in things were used. liked it a lot.shower was great. would go back.

Facility was clean. It's sort of a truck stop but was good. I was travelling alone and was there for 4 nights. There was initially 2 sets of towels in the bathroom. After 2 nights the room wasn't serviced which isn't a big deal except that I didn't get any fresh towels. After 2 trips to the desk and getting told they needed to wait for another person to be there by 2 different people I gave up. Just hung my existing towels on a rack to dry for another use.

Very interesting place. Check-in was quick, all of the facilities staff were friendly, open to conversation and accommodating. Vivek was especially helpful, very congenial and always asked if we needed anything during our four night stay whenever he came across us as we went out and came back in. Vivek's disposition is remarkable and his understanding of customer service is superior. Room was exceptionally large, bed was extremely comfortable, shower was huge and everything was extraordinarily clean. Hotel rooms are located on the second floor with both elevator and stairs. The ground floor is an enormous convenience store that has everything under the sun that one could possibly want or need. There's even a walk-in humidor with a decent selection of cigars. I was even able to purchase Djarum while there. They also carry imported, genuine Indian incense in an array of varieties Immediately adjacent is the most incredible liquor-spirit-wine-champagne-beer-ale emporium I have ever been in. Walked in by mistake and was blown away by the array of alcoholic beverages available. I have never seen anything like it in my life and probably never will again. Absolutely incredible.

Good, no frills place to get a good nights sleep. No public wifi is a bit frustrating. Their network came up but when I asked for the password, I was told to use the public site. A public site did not show up when I checked for wifi.

Clean large room with comfortable bed. Room was not well sound proofed; voices and doors closing late at night woke me. To be fair, the people I herd were arguing and being loader than necessary. I've stayed there before and had a good nights rest. No wifi was available. I had to use a hot spot on my phone. When I asked for the password, the staff said there was a public network that did not require a password. Only a protected connection was available.
