Upstairs is an 80m² open-plan living area with beautiful views across Loch Linnhe and access to the private terrace, with outdoor furniture for relaxing. The space includes a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast-bar seating, a dining area for eight, and a comfortable lounge with a 60-inch Smart TV.

Downstairs are four bedrooms: one king-size bedroom with en-suite, one double bedroom with en-suite, and two further bedrooms each with two single beds which can be configured as zip-and-link beds. These two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom.

Also downstairs is the games room, giving families and friends another space to relax together, with a pool table, TV and bar area with fridge. There is also a separate WC nearby.

A large carport provides useful storage for bikes and outdoor equipment, along with space for drying wetsuits and a dog/boot wash. There is also a large utility and drying room with dehumidifier.

Outside, there are several areas for dining and relaxing, including a covered barbecue area and an open garden surrounding the house. At the top of the garden is a fire-pit area with views across Fort William and the loch.
