Waited 10 minutes to check in. When we saw no one I called the phone number shown at the desk. The employee walked around the corner, asking what we needed and if it was me calling. When I said yes, she said she was busy helping guests and would’ve been back. She was incredibly rude during the entire check in process, told us the elevator was around the corner. Didn’t indicate the floor or anything else. No mention of breakfast or any other amenities.

Staff was friendly and the place was very clean and updated. The Only problem we’ve had we found a large bug in our room. I let the front desk know then they inspected it. Everything was good. I would definitely come again.

Checked in around 330 thru hilton app for digital key. Waitied till 4pm to approach desk. Room wasnt ready for 30mins after check in. Everyone else coming in was getting rooms no waiting for them. Then charged the wrong amount for my room. I bought 2 breakfast but was only given one free voucher. Easy location but never there again

Everything was excellent! The lighting in the room was very poor. Even when turning on every single light in the room. But other than that everything was fine! Minutes from the Stock Yards!
