Room was not ready at 4:00 PM check in. Room was ready at approximately 4:43 PM. Bathroom drain was not draining properly, water could only run for 20-30 seconds before sink filled up. Noise levels were also abnormally high, sounds from outside traffic and hallways were heard clearly from room. Conversations from inside room could also easily be heard from next adjacent rooms. Room was 653 - Colonial corner room. Room was also much less spacious than pictures portrayed. The iron in our room had black residue on the surface which stained my white shirt. Overall not happy with the stay and did not think Overall much

The Omni was amazing! Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. It was so clean, sparkling even. The valets & concierge was efficient & friendly, as well as the front desk staff. The room was beyond our expectations. Nicely appointed, decor was fresh & felt upscale. Bed was very comfortable, the the shower had excellent water pressure. Pool & garden area was very lovely. Sadly we didn’t get to take advantage because it was cold, windy, raining & stormy during our stay. Maybe next time. Location was convenient on/off freeway & walking distance to many downtown options. Absolutely will stay here again when I return to visit family.

The room was exactly as expected except the bathroom had quite a few hairs around the sink, toilet and tub. I wiped them out and it was ok. We had a toilet that wasn’t flushing and it was very quickly taken care of. All interactions with staff were great.
