Staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful - - this is hard to find anymore! Excellent service, we will stay here again!

Posted Mar. 4, 2024 on HotelsThe staff at the front desk was so polite and helpful. The condition of the room however was not easy to overlook. The tub would not drain completely, even when left after a day. The tiles in the bathroom were a little broken and would creak as if they were about to fall through to the lower floor. The fitted sheet on the bed had a hole as if burned by a cigarette and the condition of the pull out couch was terrible. Stains on the mattress and areas underneath that were torn. The room also had a smell similar to pickles that never really went away, even when we sprayed perfume into the air.

We liked everything, except the shower water pressure you had to dance around to get wet. The faucet in the shower was just about to fall off. Also the “full breakfast”, only had eggs and sausage patties. There was no gravy, biscuit or even bacon.

Old mold covered with caulking in bathroom and mold around faucets.
