CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING

BE CAREFUL WHEN MAKING FINAL RESERVATIONS AND FINAL AGREEMENTS ON PAYMENTS. GET ALL PRICES AND WHAT YOU ARE GETTING CHARGED UP FRONT AND GET THEM SPOKEN OR READ TO YOU BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING AND GET ALL RECEIPTS. IM HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH ANY HOTELS OR PLACES OF STAYS UNTIL NOW. WAS ASK IF I WANTED PARKING TICKET ,I SAID YES CAUSE I THOGHT IT WAS REQUIRED FOR PARKING ON THEIR PARKING LOT AND THAT WAS ALL, BUT WAS TOLD OF NOTHING ELSE BY ATTENDANT AT CHECK IN DESK. SO AFTER LEAVING AFTER OUR STAY ,,,I WAS CHARGE FOR PARKING FEE OF $14.00 AFTER LEAVING 2 DAYS LATER AFTER LOOKING AT BANK ACCT. NEVER WAS TOLD ABOUT FEE ,,SO I CALLED SPRING HILL AND ASKED ABOUT FEE AND WAS TOLD FEE WAS FOR PARKING GARAGE WE NEVER USED AT ALL,ONLY USED THEIR REGULAR PARKING LOT OUTSIDE THEIR BUSINESS ,,,BUT AS USUAL THEY DID NOT GIVES US INFO. THAT TAHAT PARKING TICKET WAS FOR PARKING GARAGE AND THERE WAS A FEE ASSOCIATED WITH IT.THEY ASKED IF WE HAD READ BACK OF TICKET AND OF COURSE IF THEY ARE CHARGING A FEE THEY SHOULD MAKE NOTICE OR MAKE CUSTOMERS AWARE OF FEE ON BACK OF TICKET. SO THEY LAY BLAME ON CUSTOMERS AND NOT THEMSELVES FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO READ A TICKET ,,,,SO THATS WHAT BASICALLY THEY TOLD ME ABOUT PARKING FEE.THAT I NEEDED TO READ THE TICKET NEXT TIME. NO THEY SHOULD OF TOLD US ABOUT FEE ON BACK OF TICKET AND THEN WE HAPPILY DECLINED TICKET AND THEY WOULD NOT HAVE PROFITTED FROM THAT NO ANSWER. SO DO YOU WHERE THIS GOING . HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY NOT LYING TO PROFIT .

Perfect place to stay for a concert

Amazing hotel, great room, perfect location for our concert that we were going to at dickies arena.

Staff waa very friendly and very clean space. Close to downtown for needs.
