Lovely time near the convention center

Marcus was fantastic at the front. Beautiful new hotel near downtown FW. Plenty of restaurants and a brewery, very walkable.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The whole establishment is beautiful and well put together. The restaurant was delicious and fancy! My only complaint is the A/C switch clicks loudly on and off at night making it hard to stay asleep.

Uncomfortable and Weird

To start off with the clerk and I went back-and-forth about the type of room I reserved. I had to prove to him that I wanted the room with the microwave in there full size fridge once that was resolved there Vince that run nonstop blowing cold air no way to cut it off And then three times in the four days I stay I was locked out of my room and had to continually go back down stairs to the front desk and get a different key or have to have staff bring me another key just been overall uncomfortable weird stay
