The room was ok, but nothing special. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to check in as there was only one person at the front desk, and he was helping a lady check her dance team into 5 separate rooms.

Yhe check in took more 15 minutes. I had to come back to the front desk to have my room scanned, because my key didn't work. The carpet was dirty. The sheets had a brown stain. The security deposit was $250 which is more than other hotels. Then I was charged $10 for parking.

I was unable to check in because I am only 20 years old. While this information was stated and I acknowledge that it was my responsibility to notice it beforehand, the situation was still extremely upsetting. After a 13-hour travel day and arriving late at night, being told I could not stay was distressing and disappointing. When I asked the front desk attendant what my options were, specifically about a refund or recommendations for where to stay for the night, I was told that they could not help me, pretty much told me “not my problem”. This response felt dismissive and left me, exhausted, to find an affordable place to stay on my own. I was genuinely disappointed by how rude, unhelpful, and lacking in basic empathy the staff’s response was.

Nice location , but make sure check your receipt before you leaving the hotel . They charged me $35 for breakfast which I did not purchase, so when the bill printed out the total amount was different. Front desk was not nice at check out either . They charge $10 / day for parking also . Beside that everything great , very good location , nice and clean .
