The living/dining room, overlooking the estuary through bay windows, leads to a balcony at the front forming a naturally sheltered sun-trap. Fowey, famous for being the home of Daphne Du Maurier and the annual cultural festival in May, also hosts a busy Royal Regatta in August. Guests can enjoy local art, seafood restaurants and shops, as well as the Eden Project, National Trust houses, kayaking, fishing, golf, coastal walks and cycling. There is a foot ferry to Polruan 100 yards. Beach 50 yards. Shop 200 yards, pub 300 yards and restaurants 250 yards.
