The staff was very supportive. The check in and check out were easy, and they even offered breakfast in a different time to accommodate our check out.

no vip service as promised

My vip booking included free drinks, however they did not honor that offer. So much for vip service

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean hotel!

Front desk staff could speak English, they were very friendly, stored our luggage for free after checking out. Very clean hotel and good breakfast.
