We would not stay here again. The lighting in the room is very dull, the carpet is outdated and a bit grungy, the shower pressure is horrible and takes forever to get even warm, and the beds/pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Both my husband and I woke up multiple times through the night, then we’re both so stiff in the morning. You will also hear every step someone takes in the rooms above you. The pool has way too much chemicals in it. All of our eyes started burning almost immediately after getting in, and we were not the only ones complaining of it. We stayed about 20 minutes and left. The breakfast is average, we ended up opting out and going else where. The staff was okay. Check in was a lot nicer than check out. At check out she didn’t speak a word to us besides telling us we’re all set. Just overall not worth the price we paid to stay and would advise everyone to stay somewhere else.

It was a great stay. Staff was really nice, let us check in two hours early.
Rooms are so clean and spacious.
Definitely will stay here again and recommend to friends.

Snowfest 2024
Posted Jan. 29, 2024 on HotelsThis was our second stay for Snowfest, we stayed in 2022 as well. The hotel stay was as expected, room was great, staff was great, breakfast was meh. However my issue is parking. The hotel does not patrol their parking lot on the busiest weekend of the year, to ensure there is space for their incoming guests. There were NO parking spaces AT ALL. If I am spending +$300 a night, I expect to be able to park my vehicle in their lot. When we stayed in 2022 there was someone patrolling the lot. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.
