We checked in & assigned a room, upon entering the room we found it had not been cleaned at all. In fact we were quite shocked and afraid we had walked in on someone. Empty food & drink containers on the desk, slept in bed, lights on & bathroom towels on the floor. We immediately went to the desk & they gave us another room right away, no questions asked. It was very quiet for being at the airpot and our (new) room faced the main road into the airport. It also gave us peace of mind that all we needed to do was check out and head to security for our flight the next morning. Rewe & restaurants right down the hall was very convenient, also the reason we didn't eat free breakfast there.

Desk staff was helpful getting us to grab a Taxi at 4:45 AM to get to Terminal 2. I only got about 3 hours of sleep. German beds seem to all be about the softness of wet particle board and this one was no exception. Somewhat convenient to the airport bit requires a lot of walking and escalators. I would imagine an offsite hotel with a shuttle bus might be easier. I doubt I’ll ever need to fly into Frankfurt again, but this could be a consideration for others. Better for Terminal 1.

Front desk was outstanding. Only one of three elevators worked, so this was very inconvenient. At some points, the line to get to the rooms was a four cars long.

The hotel is great, the food is great, and the staff are excellent! The big issue is that two of the three elevators were out of service, resulting in VERY LONG delays, and lines of people snaking across the lobby. No problem you say, just take the stairs. Well, for reasons I can’t comprehend, that was forbidden! I’m surprised the remaining elevator was still working given that people had to cram into it like a clown car at the circus, or the Paris Metro during rush hour.

We got stuck in Frankfurt after United cancelled our fkight! The hotel was clean with a comfortable room. Efficient check in process. We had a great snack at the bar with tasty food and excellent customer service.

Hotels.com sucks a bag of dicks. The interface gave the wrong date and this hotel was really annoying about changing it. They eventually did.

The room overall was clean. However I think new cleaning staff who missed some minor things such as wiping down Bench and bathroom top etc . On the plus side the hotel followed up on the cleaning and asked if everything was ok . So overall no real complaints hence a 4.
